Nothing short of magnificent

Our first visit to Hawaii. Breathtaking! The best place to be was in the backyard. This was a bucket list trip for us. We would visit again in a heartbeat (if we could afford it!).

One of a kind oceanfront estate

A truly unique house on unmatched oceanfront land. Enjoy the sounds of the crashing waves day and night, and the bellow of the Spouting Horn blowhole right next door. Each room of this house is a separate building, with covered connecting walkways. Access from the year to a beach with sea turtles every day (as many as seven at a time) and an occasional monk seal. We've stayed here two years in a row and have already booked for next year.

Amazing property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What an amazing property! From the moment we walked in to the day we left, we had the best experience. We were there celebrating our small family, and we did a gender reveal with 30 friends and family watching remotely. This property has everything from sea turtles, sea lions, spouting horn, and surfing right at your doorstep. It is the perfect location to get to all areas of the island.a few items to note: the AC is only in the master bedroom and during peak hours I’m sure the house will be very warm. We were there in early May and had a nice breeze through the main house and 2 other bedrooms. The house is a bit dated, but the property and views make up for it. The kitchen needs a facelift but it does have all the pots, pans, blenders, utensils, lots of good spices, 3 coffee makers including a nespresso, keurig, and regular drip.Overall I can’t say enough about this house. The property is truly exceptional and it was the best family vacation.

BEST place to stay in Kauai!

Yes, it is worth it. We felt like we had the best home on the island. This property is BEYOND amazing. Huge and offering privacy and security. Indescribable views from every spot on property. The pool is cool and refreshing and the hot tub hot and relaxing. PRIVATE beach which we nicknamed Teal Beach for the combo of turtles and seals that showed up there to visit. We had three adult couples and this home could not have been better to exceed our needs. Also great location on island. We did not want to leave. Would definitely stay here again!

Stellar location but NO AIR CONDITIONING (except Master bedroom)

ADVANTAGES Endless private oceanfront Covered patios everywhere Seamless arrival and departure Spotless Responsive management company Wailani NEUTRAL Decor is dated but we'll maintained Kitchen and laundry well stocked - no shortage of paper towels, soaps etc DISADVANTAGES AC is ONLY in master bedroom - so master bathroom, main rooms, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are hot at night, even with windows open and the breeze. No AC in kitchen means any produce outside fridge will spoil overnight. The property is advertised as "Air conditioning" but you have to read in the fine print to see it's only in the Master bedroom (not in master bathroom), and this was a very bad surprise on arrival. For the price it should include AC in the whole house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property can not be beat. Very private with well maintained grounds and sea turtles and Spouting Horn viewing right from the lawn. Very conveniently located to see any sights on the island. A few notes about the interior: the furniture is very dated (uncomfortable) and the kitchen desperately needs an upgrade. But the beds were very comfy and the master suite was lovely. Also the kitchen and house were stocked with everything you would need. The air conditioning in the primary bedroom was much appreciated but it can get warm in the rest of the house. We weren't spending too much time indoors so this didn't limit us from having a relaxing and enjoyable time at this property. But it would be A++ with a few investments by the property owner.

Amazing property!! Kitchen had everything you can imagine for meal prep and presentation…Master bedroom was very comfortable and clean! Furniture in living room could use an update for comfort. Swimming pool and grounds well maintained and delightful! It was very relaxing!!

The unique layout of an oceanfront house on 3/4 acre spread-out in a way to give three separate rooms each there own feel of a private stay but having a common kitchen and gathering room bringing all together provides the best of both worlds for all guests.The pool and spa are perfectly located on the end next to spouting horn providing a front and center display while enjoying. Each morning you are entertained by a host of sea life from a family of turtles to tired monk seals and the land critters such as the resident rooster and cardinals. The tidepools are endless and the flora and fauna is beyond belief. Anyone considering this location should jump at the opportunity to stay. Management communication was perfect and seamless check in and departure.
