Great place to stay in Poipu

We simply loved the place. It was very clean and very pleasant. Everything we needed was just there. Location was great as well. Close to great food and coffee trucks and even closer to beautiful baches.

Great location

Great location, loved the pool area and watching the sea turtles below. The bathrooms are small and cramped and really need updating but they are functional . The views were wonderful and made up for any problems we had during our stay. The unit is ground floor and if you are a light sleeper be aware that the path behind is directly level with the bedrooms and people are very noisy walking by . We couldn't close the windows at night as you need the breeze as no AC but it did mean being woken up early every morning as people passed so close by. Plenty of glassware and tableware which is always useful and beach chairs were in excellent condition.

Time to enjoy paradise

Just like the picture

We had a wonderful stay. 2 related couples shared this 2 bedroom condo. Beautiful sunsets. Ocean view was great. You could hear the sound of the waves. A few maintenance issues were taken care of easily without any problems. I forgot there was no air-conditioning so 2nd bedroom would get warm There were plenty of quiet fans throughout.

Great location, Cozy condo, awesome stay!

We really enjoyed our time in the condo with our 18 month old. Watching the ocean from the porch and being to see sea turtles from the pool deck was great. You are perfectly situated between Shipwreck Beach and Poipu. You can easily walk to both. Poipu is a great family beach. Our little one enjoyed the playground there which was an added bonus! We walked to coffee at little fish coffee a few times, about 1 mile from the condo. So many great food options in Poipu and Koloa (about 10 minutes away.) Only thing worth noting… the unit is ground level so it can be a little loud with people walking by but it didn’t interrupt our sleep or anything. Smart TV in main area is appreciated. Parking was easy. Trash was easy. Condo had nice beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler.

We had a great stay here with our kids. The location is great with easy access to the waterfront trail and Poipu Beach. The kids enjoyed the pool, which is small, but has a great view. The unit is convenient being on the ground floor adjacent to the parking lot, but is also below street level, so there was some noise and street lights right outside the back windows. The building is older than some others, but is in decent condition and the owners have made some upgrades since the pictures were taken. The unit included 4 beach chairs and body boards, which was convenient.

Kauai perfection

Two weeks went by way too quickly in this lovely property! Extremely well-equipped, clean and comfortable, everything about this unit met or surpassed our expectations. You absolutely can’t beat the location, very easy to walk around and access to several beaches. Daily whale and turtle sightings right from our lanai and the nightly sunset celebrations were delightful. Beautiful grounds, spotless pool, great bbq area. We’ve already booked a month here for next year!

Wonderful location and great ocean views

We loved the place. The complex deck and pool are actually much nicer than what the pictures show. The apartment itself is nice, although it could use some maintenance as certain items are a bit old. The location allows for great sunset views and with a 5 minute walk also for great sunrise views. We would love to return.

Poipu Palms #101

We are frequent visitors to the area and enjoyed our stay. Poipu Palms is a great location with a limited amount of units. Our unit was comfortable but we really didn’t like the layout of the bathrooms and the floors were pretty dirty upon our arrival. I did share the floor issue with Parrish. Otherwise it’s a great location and the large lanai rocks!

Beautiful view

Poipu Palms #101 was a nice condo for the week. It was was fully stocked for our needs and very clean. Watching the whales from the balcony was a real treat. The overall complex is nice with a pool and great deck. My only complaint would be the BBQ is charcoal instead of gas. The complex supplies the charcoal but it’s a pain to deal with. Overall, would stay here again if it’s available.

Great location and views

We really enjoyed our stay, the views are great and the condo was perfect for our group. The only small gripe we had was the kitchen wasn't stocked with with basic items, paper towel, salt/pepper etc. Everything else was great, we'll definitely be back.
