“Loved this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble.
We had an early flight so arrived before the rooms are normally ready. We were greeted with a refreshing drink and cool flannel. There was no waiting at the desk we just sat and relaxed whilst they sorted everything. We were given a slip with our room number and a link to the hotel app so that we could go and have lunch. They took a phone number so that they could let us know the minute our room was ready.……
