ホテルの対応が非常に悪い。 チックイン時にはフロントに誰もいなく、呼び出しベルを鳴らしても、誰の出て来ない？15分程待っていたら、団体客が来て、やっとチェックイン出来た。時間は現地時間17：00頃です。 部屋の空調設備が、まったく操作できない。 室温22℃設定で、風量調整・機器運転停止もすべて出来ない。フロントに話しても全く改善できず、夜間寒さで風邪をひきそうになり、洋服を着こんで寝ました。 又、部屋の外部正面に、厨房の吹き出し口があり、２４時間うるさく、滞在・就寝の大障害で不快感が、いっぱいです。 又、シャワーのデモ大変悪く、シャワーヘッドを上に向けて出すと、10cm程度しか吹き出しません。温度調整も悪く、温水温度が高すぎるのか全体水状態から、少々お湯にしただけで、やけど、しそうになるくらい熱いお湯になってしまう。 滞在するには、まったく不適合な宿でした。二度度行きませんし、対応を考えた方が良いと思います。

Property is good with a great swimming pool and tennis courts. Rooms are good size, beds are comfortable but room decor is poor. Conveniently close to the airport, but about 25-30 minutes away from tourist attractions and Dubrovnik's downtown.

Suuri hotelli, iso allas ja meri
Suuri hotellikompleksi, hieman syrjäinen sijainti noin 1 km palveluista. Hotellin edustalla kiviranta, jonne helppo pulahtaa uima-altaalta. Allasalue suuri ja tilaa hyvin, koska ei enää sesonkiaika. Sisäuima-allastila likaisen oloinen. Aamupalalla kaikki perusainekset, joskin joka aamu kokkeli kylmää. Tuoremehut sokerisia. Saimme huoneen 4 kerroksesta merinäkymällä vaikka varasimme osittaisen. Joskin parvekkeen kulmaan paistoi aurinko vain hetken aamulla. Jos haluaa aurinkoa niin kannattaa valita A blokin huone uimaaltaalle päin. Huone oli perusremontoitu. Meillä siivoojan kopin vieressä, joten pyykki-ja ruokakärryt huoneen ovella usein. Valot olivat palaneet oveltamme, joten käytävä pimeä. Lamppua ei vaihdettu pyynnöstä huolimatta. Siivouksen tasoa voisi nostaa, roskia löytyi koko viikon. Parvekkee pöydän likaa ei pyyhitty pois. Kokonaisuutena hotelli ok, pientä fiilattavaa toki olisi, peitot ja tyynyt myös parhaat päivänsä nähneet.

It’s a nice hotel supposed to be all inclusive, but is not the same as in America they just all include food and all the activities. What do you want? You need to pay for extra everything pick up a good place on the beach or anything else you must pay for everything

Lovely hotel in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely with loads of choices and good coffee. Hotel was lovely and modern and rooms where very clean and fresh. Rooms had flat screen TV and great showers.

This property is run down and poorly managed. Nickled and dimed for towels, the obstacle course, etc. Towel room open 2 hours a day at a beach resort! Check in was miserable. Can’t adjust your own AC unit in the room.

Ok hotell. Litt overkant turistfelle. Aktiviteter på dagtid, men det merkelige var at barn ikke kunne delta. Vanskelig å få solstol - da må man opp og legge håndkle før kl 08.30 (senest 09) Frokost er ok, men også for mye folk og vanskelig å få plass. Føles kaotisk og lite hyggelig. Dersom man vil på et hotell som ikke er for turistifisert, så ville jeg valgt et annet. Rommet var fint. Vi hadde junior suite med seaview, men balkongen var uten lys, så ikke spesielt hyggelig å sitte ute på kvelden. Helt ok opphold - men drar ikke tilbake

When we arrived our rooms were 29 degrees celcius (90 Fahrenheit). Even though the booking said it had air conditioning the hotel would not turn it on until many guests left die to the heat. Half of the outlets did not work. Bedding was stained and when we asked for clean bedding they only rearranged so they thought we couldn’t see the stain. Towel heater was on in the bathroom and none Of the staff knew how to turn it off. Front staff was not empathetic or genuine until the manager came in shift. Not a great experience for the cost of the accommodation. Great location though.

It is a great property! Great place to relax, walk, swim, eat! For any age! The only complaint was getting the room cleaned when sign was put out! May be they were short staffed! It is a big hotel. All in all a wonderful place to stay! Reasonable price! I would stay again.

This is not a 4-star property by any means. But it does represent a good value overall. If you are comparing a Caribbean all inclusive you will be disappointed. The hotel looks more like a dormitory or other sort of institution, and has zero personality. However, the food options at the all inclusive were decent and the drinks were ok. You’d be hard pressed to find a better overall value for money in the Dubrovnik Riviera.

We stayed here for their last week of their season (unbeknown to us at time of booking). Towards end of week parts of the hotel started to close eg pool snack area - had to use restaurant. Food was plentiful but the same was offered at lunchtime and dinner and little variation during the week. Hotel was very quiet and there was only entertainment on twice in the week (singing duo). No entertainment offered during day. Staff helpful.

Catastrophic, room was nice and clean, staff was polite, however the AC was fixed on certain temperature one cannot change it, hence it was rather hot in the room, balcony was small and without owning so not usable on heat, entire hotel did not have AC anywhere, restaurant and foid was horrible, no table cloths on the tables, food was not tasty at all , poor choice, I felt like I was in the twilight zone in sixties, horrible experience, no value for money at all, overcrowded, chairs on the pool next to each other like sardines in the can, hotel does not have its own beach, but public beach across the road, no covered or assigned parking quite far away from the hotel entrance, elevator without AC, bathroom was a good size, but had only body shower nothing else, not even a box of paper towels, no coffee or coffee cups , would not recommend and will never visit again

Price was quite expensive compared to other all inclusive hotels . Spa not working , gym has ancient equipment . Very limited choices if yiy are vegetarian . Kitchen staff do not speak English at all to explain menu . Communal toilets very dirty . Evening entertainment is truly appalling . They advertise so much but when you turn up , there is nothing !! It’s a joke ! Although , the hotel is located by the beach, beach has pebbles but if you go 5 metres in the sea , knee height , it has sand and water is clear .
