「Terrible I asked the reception in advance about the availability of the airport shuttle bus. I was told every 30 min. When I arrived the airport at 12:00 and waited half hour, nothing came. I call the hotel reception 3 times, and I was told the shuttle will come at 5:30 PM… So be prepared that you only have 33% percent chance to reach the service and at least 50% you will hear a lie. And prepare the euros cash for taxi. 」

「Nicht zum ersten Mal war ich rundum zufrieden, auch wenn ich ein paar Minuten auf mein Zimmer warten musste, da ich früher angereist bin, als erwartet. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter, mit denen ich Kontakt hatte, vermitteln das Gefühl willkommen zu sein - leider war ich zwecks Frühstück dieses Mal von meiner Familie verplant, denn auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht nur wegen des fairen Preises zu empfehlen!」

「清潔で曇りなく清掃されていました。窓からカジノなどが見えて、とても素敵でした。 ただ朝食のオムレツが塩辛かった事、ヨーグルトにコバエが入っていたことを伝えた時の謝罪が軽すぎて一流ホテルにしては対応に疑問が付きました。それ以外のスタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。」

「I come to Wiesbaden two or three times a year and I always stay at the Select Hotel. The front desk staff is amazing and very flexible with my requests to extend, which happens often. They know the floor and rooms I like even without asking. The cleaning staff in the nicest staff I have encountered and I have encountered a lot. When I come to Select Hotel it is like coming home. 」

「The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.」
