A very clean and comfortable hotel. The room was nice, the breakfast very good. The location is very convenient.

Although clean and staff were good the air conditioning was terrible. This meant long hot sweaty nights. The air conditioning finally failed and they said we could change rooms. New room had same issues and very poor a/c. Perhaps after Reno’s next year things will improve but for now stay away if the heat bothers you!

This property is modern and clean. It was located close to the Christmas market, as well as to several really good restaurants. The breakfast was also very good.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut. Innenstadt sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Von der Tiefgarage kommt man direkt ins Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und man hat kaum eine Möglichkeit, die Kleidung auszuräumen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Alles in allem passend für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

Es war wunderschön Damen am Empfang sehr Nett und freundlich das Frühstück war hervorragend. Zimmer bissl zu klein TV auch. Aber trotzdem im grossen und ganzen sehr nett komme sicher wieder;-)
