Arrived early the lady was helpful booking us in, room was very nice and clean we didn’t use the AC had all the usual stuff a toaster kettle plates microwave and fridge large room, parking was out front of room.

Room was clean , bed linen lovely our only complaint was when we the lack of info available from check in staff, & bath towels were thin with tattered edges. The heating was great, and having chairs to sit on in room was a treat.

The 3 bed room was spacious and clean, it had a larger fridge than normal, a counter top and a toaster to make and sit at with your toast and cuppa. Tammy was very helpful with any queries we had.

It isn’t the Ritz but a clean comfortable motel. We loved having a blanket instead just a hot doona . Had every thing we required. Shower the water was very hot. We will be back. Has a Microwave, Toaster, fridge and a large TV. Comfortable bed

Welcoming and friendly staff. We stayed in a family room - double bed with a bunk bed that had a double on the bottom and a single on top. Clean room with facilities to make your own beverage plus a microwave. Room itself could do with updating but was servicable. Outdoor area lacked attention.

The good: Comfortable bed. Reasonable price. Plenty of parking. Good shower pressure. The bad: Checked in by a child with limited customer service skills. Room was old - torn carpet, stains in the sink. A vague, undefinable smell. Mirror is not over the sink

Good things / cheaper than down the road in Tamworth - but this town not big in facilities need to got to main town for rsl / major eaterys ect . Room 9 had comfy double bed - masive tv that gets sky regiinal ( has high definition channels unlike lithgow hotel which had shoe box tv ) air con excellent working condition- only thing to criticize maybe shower had mediam water pressure ,was ok ....parking outside had no painted on driveway / no guessing or pushing in on my no 9 room . Being late Saturday office not open but found keys and sunday am still not open but left keys in box so no dramas ( thats why put average for staff ,didnt see them but worked ) bathroom shower head droopy leaky were nuts get tightened but acceptable/ overall if want quiet out of town feel ,was nice to stay....

Receptionist was not friendly and instead of asking how would you like to pay blurted out in front of other guests we haven’t been able to process your payment through your bank account because there are insufficient funds even though I had already elected to pay at check in.There were cockeroaches and spiders in the room and stains on the carpet,sink and shower tiles,the towels felt like cement
