The house is located in a quiet area. Furthermore, being on the edge of the city, it is easy to leave it for those who want to visit the surrounding area. In just 1h 30 min, you can reach several very interesting cities due to their cultural heritage such as Venice, Ljubljana, Pula Opatija or Piran. Many natural sites and parks are also easily accessible, such as the Sečovlje salt fields, the Postojna and Škocjanske jame caves or the Soča river valley.
The town of Koper, accessible on foot, was the capital of the Istria region during the Venetian era. It was located on an island and connected to land via a road. The Lion Castle was located in its center. There are many houses, palaces, parks, streets and fountains built during the Romanesque, Gothic, Baroque and Renaissance periods. The city offers cultural events throughout the year.
There are two beaches within walking distance of the house, one in Koper and the other in Žusterna, a 10-minute walk away.

During colder periods, visitors can enjoy the thermal waters. Spa centers and swimming pools in Žusterna are within walking distance.
The supermarket, pharmacy, bar and pizzeria are just 4 minutes walk from the house. In addition, the local market offers local vegetables as well as fresh fish, caught by local fishermen. It is also very close (10 minutes).
The region is known for its good food, wine and olive oil. There are many places where you can eat delicious food, from the typical small restaurant to more sophisticated places.
The partment N 1 is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchen and dining area from which is a view over Koper bay and Gravisi Castle. There is also an area for eating outside, on a terrace with nice sea view. Private parking is located at the front of the apartment or on the street.
You can smoke outside on the balcony and on the terrace.
The television is in English. Wifi is free. The house is also equipped with air conditioning and heating.
