「The room had tons of hairs covering both end tables, the desk, and the chairs—plain as day dark hairs. The phone was covered in obvious grime. We travel frequently and I’ve never seen anything like it. We were horrified, and with no staff on hand to address the issue with, we left within a few minutes of arrival, immediately reaching out to Expedia with photos of the filthy room. They apologized and tried to negotiate with the hotel staff, but we were charged for the night. Beware!」

「Check-in was confusing and daunting. When I arrived in early evening, the front door was locked and the desk area was completely dark. Eventually, we went around back to look for humans, and some guests were playing ping pong and said the lady had been seen around earlier. 「Ich war mit allem sehr zufrieden. Sauna Bereich etwas klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Sauna Tür klemmt. Im Zimmer ging das Telefon nicht und der Motorrad unterstellplstz war zu geparkt ( dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts) was ich beanstande ist der Untergrund ( Splitt) das geht garnicht. Jeder Motorrad Fahrer weiß wovon ich spreche. Abends im Restaurant sehr gut gegessen und Personal sehr freundlich und auf Zack. Kann das Hôtel wärmsten Empfehlen.」
