房间没有浴缸，电话和吹风是坏的，天花板有只巨大的蟑螂。晚上睡觉只有一条毯子，太冷。餐厅工作人员态度不友好，不耐烦。泳池一直没有毛巾提供。泳池水脏。

We had a one week stay with our large family group and we honestly could not have asked for more. This week will be one my children will remember forever. The blend of activities, relaxation, exposure to Fijian culture was fantastic and the staff were beyond amazing. I would highly recommend a family vacation to the hideaway <3

We stayed for 7 nights and really enjoyed the fiji hideaway. The grounds are beautiful with a great beach at your doorstep where you can snorkel too. Lovely staff, wifi dropped out for 3 days but we were not too bothered about that. Good location on the coral coast not too far to drive for activities

Nice little place that offers a lot for families and is t too noisy for couples. Good.bar, nice pool and so close to the beach. Other food outlets are just a few minutes away by car or taxi. Staff are friendly and helpful and we enjoyed spa treatments too.

It’s a beautiful spot with everything you need (spa, activities, a pool). Despite dated, it is very clean and well maintained. Although the food selection is basic, the prices are decent. Would visit again!

Super relaxed and friendly resort. Felt very much like an 80s resort experience with current prices. Frangipani Bures were very comfortable for our family of 4. Everything is pretty tired but clean. Staff were very friendly, relaxed and helpful. Food was fine but over a week became a bit boring with the sameness of the menus. Definitely recommend eating out at other restaurants to mix things up a bit. Restaurant service was slow but friendly. We had a great week there

Considering the price and the 3 star rating this place was well worth it, we stayed 8 nightsand loved the resort. Big thing for me was the issues you run to will be personally addressed by the team leader from that area and the listen. No tv or wifi in the rooms gave our kids a good break from screens

Absolutely amazing experience staying at the Hideaway. We stayed in a deluxe beach front villa and woke up every morning to a most amazing view of the private beach. Food was amazing and the staff were even better! I celebrated my 26th birthday whilst there and was surprised with a birthday dessert and song sang by staff and other guest that were present. It was very special We also got a taste of what life for a local is like in Fiji and felt safe and cared for the entire time by staff, ensuring I was having a good time, but most importantly, safe leaving, during and returning. Massive shout out to Tash, Izzy, Ziggy, Lita, John and others for making the stay unforgettable!!

Bad start to the week with having to move due to door locking failure and then had the next 2 days without proper hot water. Maintenance staff had their hands full but got it sorted in a timely manner. All staff were very freindly and welcoming. Rooms were cleaned on a regular baisis, all meals were varied and tasty, though a couple times there didn't seem tobe enough staff and the wait was extended

Incredible! By far the best place I have ever had the pleasure of staying. We had a group of 25 and lots of younger children. Everything was amazing, the staff, the amenities, the entertainment, the whole vibe of the resort was incredible. The kids were so entertained, from morning to night. Kids club was available, however we did not use once as our kids loved the daily activities available! The staff were absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to provide such a fantastic atmosphere for everyone staying at resort. I cannot recommend this resort enough, especially for families. If you want to experience true Fijian culture, this is the place to be. We cannot wait to return, as 1 week was just not enough for us all. A true tropical paradise

Restaurant staff very grumpy and not friendly at all. The whole place feels old and not maintained well. Things broken in the room not fixed etc. miles away to go anywhere. Not enough amenities to keep kids entertained.
