Dear Ms Pushpa. It was sad to get this review from you, since we have tried really hard to satisfy you with all your demands. I will try to address all of your concerns one by one. Lock was not broken but when you complained, we immediately put you in another apartment.We have enough pots and pans in the apartment and this has never been an issue. Staying for just one night you needed more pots and pans and we have provided additional pans as you have requested. Our stove tops are modern induction stoves. It can only work with induction pots and anything bigger than the circle, the stove does not turn on for safety issues. You needed more bigger pots, though our pots can cook for 4 adults easily. These apartments cater for 3 to 4 people and we do not anticipate our guests would cook large amount of food for just one of stay. They usually eat out most of the time or prepare light meals.The security man has been with us for last 5 years. He is trustworthy and liked by all, a truly kind local Fijian man who we trust wholeheartedly. That is why he has been given access to grounds and buildings where required. No guests who stayed with us, ever had any issues with him. Our housekeeping goes out of their way to make sure we maintain a clean hotel. If you check the next review in expredia, you will notice how the guest complimented of our cleanliness. It is same in any other booking channels. We have many 5 star reviews in Trip Advisor and Google too and everyone compliments on how clean our premises is.. We take pride on how we look after guests. As you have mentioned that our front staff was rude to you. He was just asking you to check for the keys as you have claimed that he did not give you but later you found them in your purse. But we are doing and investigation and checking our cctv to see what had really happened and I apologise on his behalf, if he offended you in anyways. Our outmost goal is to look after our guests and with almost all of our guests, we receive very positive feedback, but we value your comment and have talked to all of our staff who served you and tried their best to make you happy.
