The apartments were exactly like the photos, large airy warm, well equipped washer, dishwasher hairdryer tv, Netflix (own account) WiFi, really comfy close to the city, less than a 10 minute walk. Definitely 5 star and definitely worth the money

Fantastic hotel in brilliant location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a bit different but wonderful and servers were always offering more. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and would highly recommend although there are many nice restaurants nearby. Loved everything about hotel Balthazar and would definitely book again next time in Krakow.

Lovely hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Great selection for breakfast that will set you up as you start your day. Great location in a quiet area. Handy supermarket just across the street. Easy access to the tram system
