The apartment has a spacious, open-plan living area, which is full of light and has an attractive pitched ceiling. The chic seating area is furnished with a contemporary L-shaped sofa, modern corner fireplace and flat-screen TV. The elegant dining set for 6 is next to the sitting area and adjacent to the sleek, fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a Dolcegusto coffee machine, fridge, freezer and kettle.
The private balcony is just off the dining room and kitchen. There is more outside space in the lovely, shaded garden, which is shared with the other apartments in the residence. Here guests will find a terrace with a table and chairs, plus a BBQ.

Location The residence is only a 20-minute walk from the stunning Kvarner Gulf, famous for its beautiful beaches and crystalline waters. Kostrena Beach and Zurkovo Beach are both close by. The local diving school (19-minute walk) can arrange scuba diving and snorkelling around the bay.
If you can tear yourself away from the sea, there is a lot of history to explore. Kraljevica (18 minutes) has not one, but two, castles as well as the Adriatic’s oldest shipbuilding yard and several excellent restaurants and cafés. The port of Bakar (13 minutes) is on the way to Kraljevica and is known for its harbour-front restaurants, which are ideal for an evening out.
Rijeka (14 mins) also makes a fascinating day out. Croatia’s main port has plenty of interesting places to visit. For self-catering the market (Monday to Saturday mornings) is worth a trip. Here you can find local produce to prepare and enjoy back at home.
Rijeka International Airport is just 25 minutes away, over the Krk bridge.
