The house is perfect for 4 people. On 75m ² of living space there are 3 comfortably furnished rooms (including 2 separate bedrooms), the bathroom with tub and washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. In extra-large living room has a dining area and a couch. The flat-screen TV has satellite connection. A large window front with access to the balcony offers a view to the lake and part of the promenade. There is also a sun room with bench and table. Prior to the game and lawn is your barbecue (massive grill). The boat dock has a deck with table, chairs and bathing ladder. A gazebo provides shade. There is moorings for a own boat. The onsite boat can for 10, - can be rented € / day.   Energy and water are charged according to consumption.

The house is ideal for 4 people. See 75m² living space 3 cozy rooms (therefrom 2 bedrooms), a bathroom with tub and washing machine and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, with additional equipment such as a dishwasher, microwave etc. Even the basic equipment of spices is one of them. The living room has a dining area with extendable table and a couch. On the shelves a range of books available as holiday reading and board games. A large window front with access to the balcony permits from the couch corner the view of the lake and part of the promenade. East there is a glass veranda with seating (possibly for breakfast in the morning sun). Before that, an outside space is the playground and lawn with your barbecue (massive grill is available). This site has from noon to evening sun. Garden furniture is also available here. The initial supply of bed linen, towels 2 p. P. and table linen is provided. Shower or Bath towels are to be brought along.
