「Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.」

「There's no air-conditioning, which is fine 10 months out of the year. Unfortunately I did go during a historic heatwave.... The fridge situation is a bit weird, with every room getting one shelf in a mini fridge. Dishes are a bit hard to wash in the tiny sink.」

「Had an issue checking in - possibly due to an issue with Apple and hide email facility. Taking that away, the location, size and facilities were excellent and would use again. The only thing I would highlight is at weekends it is quite noisy so be mindful of that」

「Pros: with air-con, washing machine, microwave & hob. Round the corner from the main station (5 mins), walkable to old town (10 mins), tram stations are 5 mins walk. A 24-hour Carrifour Express nearby. Cons: Top floor without any side window, ceiling is very low and hit our head, space is very limited due to the irregular ceiling, totally different from the pics shown (like half size only). Didn't know it's located on the top when booking this room, spent all energy to move up the 2 big...
