Our room was good and the staff were friendly and helpful and the amenities were good. It was centrally located near the Old Town and Market Square and not too far from the main station.

Hotel Europejski
The location is perfect, with secure parking and this time we had a wonderful suite that opens onto the garden…we’ve stayed here many times in the last twenty years and will continue to do so.

AC Hotel by Marriott Krakow
The room was really really warm, ac was disabled so we was unable to cool it down. The ac fan made this terrible clicking noice when it was on. Room needed a bit of maintainer attention, and the bedding felt like staying under plastic sheets, it had no breathability, just made you sweat
