"Bei 2 Grad Außentemperatur nicht funktionierende Heizung im Schlafzimmer, dünne Sommerdecken, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Dreck hinter der Tür, Staub auf dem Sofa und sonstigen Flächen.
