「The apartment was great and had everything we needed. There is a small private parking lot, but unfortunately our large van was a bit too big to fit. Plenty of street parking within a few blocks though. Staff were very responsive to messages.」

「Good experience of this hotel. The room is small, but good enough to fully open 2 big luggages. Close to the main street, and there is a supermarket open to 12 am around the corner. Indoor parking is the best part of this hotel, we can use room key to access the garage door. However, Hotel.com silver member benefits never happened during our stay. But We are happy with the location and easy parking of Skuggi Hotel. 」

3/5 Communication - Contactless throughout, emails from the guesthouse provided all necessary info before you checked in. Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay.
4/5 Room Condition - Very nice. New. Some mechanics noise from time to time.

「Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip. Der Hub und die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Super war auch die Getränke- und Geschirrauswahl in der Lobby.
Es wäre toll gewesen, wenn man nachts das Licht auf dem Flur ausgemacht oder gedimmt hätte, es war doch sehr hell im Hub.
Wir werden beim nächsten Städtetrip, in der das CityHub zur Verfügung steht, wiederkommen. 」

"The hotel room and bathroom is big enough for 3 of us but the daily cleaning is not ideal. I still can see some hair and dust still on the floor. Moreover, the housekeeper won’t refill the amenities automatically even she notice that it is no more."
