"Everything was so nice. Roomy suite with separate bedroom made me feel right at home. Everything was clean. The staff is friendly. A big group of young kids were staying there yet things were quiet. The food was good—crazy what they call snacks—but could be healthier options. Also a nightlight in the bathroom would be helpful.wonderful hot and powerful spa."

"We checked in when it seemed the entire hotel was checking in though staff remained pleasant and kind and didn’t show that they were likely overwhelmed. The location was very easy to get to with ample parking. The water slide was a hit!!! Bathrooms in the rooms are very small though the beds were comfortable. We were unfortunately not able to eat breakfast or receive breakfast to go as we needed to be out of the hotel prior to breakfast time at 0700 for a tournament. It would have been nice to have been able to allow the kids to grab something to eat. Otherwise our stay was perfect!!!"

"The hotel itself is stunning, with the exception of some issues with the room which according to reviews from two weeks prior is just stuff they either refuse to deal with or issues in several rooms, however most of my interactions with staff they came off as very unwelcoming and condescending, but the few that were genuine and nice made it worth the stay. "

"Staff was amazing, very considerate. I was placed in room 108, and I’m thankful for how easy it was to navigate and load my belongings from the car to the room. The room was very clean, 2 things to point out, was a quarter sized stain on the blanket & the entrance/parking lot was not plowed at all. Pillows were very comfy, bathroom was clean. I wasn’t expecting a fridge and microwave for an affordable room, but very pleased. I absolutely will be coming back very frequently to this hotel. (Again, 10/10 for the employee who check me in/out!!) "

"The room looked like it was barely cleaned. Blankets/pillows were stained, hair in the sink, carpet filthy, half roll of tissue, etc. The hot tub has a brown ring around it, needs to be deep cleaned. There were kids were partying, police were there, ambulance, I got no sleep. Asked for a refund or an extra night with a clean room, they refused & gave me $20. Never again. The cookies at check In were good though. And the lady that works mornings is nice. "

"The room was completely disgusting, it was very unpleasant and unsanitary, electric outlets did not work safely and almost melted my charge block. The tub was unsafe and nasty. The building itself had a lot of sketchy people and the whole floor smelt like drugs. It is not a safe environment for families. It was a major waste of time and money. "
