熊本熊主題房間可愛無敵！不過設備感覺稍微老舊，淋浴排水十分緩慢。一樓有熊本熊相關產品販售店，不可錯過。飯店週邊沒有便利店或餐廳，步行至少六分鐘以上才有7-11。立體停車場（需付費）但可以無限次數進出（需至櫃檯換停車卡）

酒店房間有點舊，應該很久沒裝修。 不過員工服務態度很好！ 住宿方面有兩點要注意： 1)床頭櫃有張卡，如果沒有把卡放於床上，酒店員工於清理房間時不會更換床單。 2)浴室門柄上有掛卡一張，如果沒有拿走掛卡，酒店員工於清理房間時不會更換毛巾。

從JR熊本駅到酒店約十分鐘腳程，或轉乘電車衹園橋站下車數分鐘便到達。附近很少食肆，便利店也沒有，但走回熊本駅便有很多吃的地方。酒店大堂華麗，職員服務專業。我們被安排住二十樓，面向橋景，景觀很美。房間裝潢設備全身，床單、被、枕頭等非常柔軟潔淨，使人睡得舒適。整體物有所值，十分推薦！
