幸好職員換另一房間，否則熱死！另外設施也不足，連浴帽，棉花捧也沒有。房租過千元，真的令人失望。請酒店好好改善吧!

位置好,酒店细
房间超细,双人床太细,房间里面的通道连一个行李箱都不能打开,其实只够一个人行过.地理环境位置就比较好,一出去就系商店街,楼下有便利店.

很小氣的飯店。
入住check in時，一房現場發二支牙刷（其它什麼都省略）。相較於一般環保飯店，大都備品自行取用，然後問櫃臺貼在他們自己電梯內餐廳的資訊，也一問三不知，真有夠不被尊重感。

The room is clean and the space is enough for me in the single room. I just brought a small suitcase with me so I kept it open in the room. But i think it dont have enough space for a big one. The staff will clean the room everyday. The frontdesk staff is very helpful. It is not close to Kumamoto JR station but it is close to the bus terminal(around 5 min walk).

Next to shoutengai and tram.
The hotal is near to tram station so it is convenient to go to any place. Yet space for a single room is just enough for me.

Double room for 1 person is better
Room size are too small, double bed for 2 persons are too small. The room with double bed should be for 1 person but the hotel treats it as 2 persons room.

房间细小，睡床太小，只可靠，不可睡觉，位置一流靠近景点及食肆，服务正常，日本人的服务态度是可靠
酒店的地理位置是不容置疑的好！靠近 “熊本城”，“旧细川府邸” 等一众名胜景点，观光食街近在比邻。熊本华盛顿酒店是典型的纯日本式酒店；房间是传统日本式的细小，床是非常适合一百多年前的日本人（个子矮，细和小）来睡觉的。服务是没问题的。日本人的服务不会差劲到哪里！能够做到的他们都会满足客人的要求。

交通位置很方便，重要旅遊景點幾乎都可以走得到。
購物、餐廳都在附近，很熱鬧的地方，搭電車也方便，但是房間非常小，而且訂了單張普通雙人床，但床寛只有130公分，2人睡的話，翻身不容易，雖然説房內有Wi-Fi，但都收不到訊號。

A fair place to stay
Not much surprise from this hotel. A fair room and fair facilities. The location is not the best but acceptable distance to the major sightseeing spot. Of course the price is also correspondingly lower. A not bad choice for backpacker traveller.
