「The only two downsides were a lack of WiFi and cell service (only available in the main house) and no GPS. They do send you very detailed directions, but if you are wholly unfamiliar with the area, it can be a little unsettling to be on winding roads outside of civilization with no cell service. I admittedly panicked (we drove for 12 straight hours overnight), and our friend was on the verge of declaring us missing because he couldn't get in touch with us. 「Loved the seculed property with the creek next to it, the kids and dogs really loved being able to run around! Hot tub was awsome to hang out in at nite while listening to the creek, and the deck is amazing to hang out on during a rainstorm! Will be back!!」

「We absolutely loved this cabin! Plenty of room inside and out. Teresa is a gem! She goes beyond to make sure your stay is the most comfortable! We enjoyed the hot tub so much, we're thinking about buying one now. If you want to just rest, relax, read, reboot yourself, this is the perfect place. The beds were very comfortable and the large kitchen was nice to have so we could cook some of nights we didn't go out to the village, which was only a few minutes away. I highly recommend staying at Whispering Woods and would love to do so again」

「Three families with teens and tweens had a wonderful time this weekend. We were steps from the slopes and had everything for a comfortable and fun weekend. The three teen boys loved the bunk/gameroom. The hot tub was a great place to warm up after skiing. We will absolutely be back.」

「The house, furniture and appliances were in great condition. All beds were very comfortable. Plenty of good firewood to burn. Beautiful view across the mountains from the spacious hot tub. Plenty of room for our two families of four. The free shuttle would pick us up at the bottom of the driveway within minutes of calling them. The host was so easy to communicate with, helpful and very nice. Definitely staying here from now on.」

「The cabin is amazing! Had a fire going the whole weekend and went in the hot tub every night. Only problem was parking can be sketchy. The driveway is steep/angled and was fully iced over during our stay. Still totally worth it.」

「The location alone is spectacular, particularly in mid-fall, though the boats are absolutely right that it's a cell phone wasteland. Fortunately the house WiFi can handle all but the most intense gaming loads (bandwidth is great but satellite-level pings) and has plenty of TVs board games, and other pastimes for those seeking a digital detox.
