Good and Cost-effective
Location is a bit away from the downtown. However, it can be reached by a taxi in 5 minutes. Breakfast was pretty good enough. However, The cost of the deposit should have been recorded on the receip. It made us confuse how much the deposit is.

Smoking should not be allowed in public area.
Overally the hotel was nice to stay. However, it was terrible that smoking was allowed in the breakfast buffet.

Hotel sehr gut, preiswert; Umgebung ist abzuraten!
Das Hotel ist sehr preiswert, vor allem wenn man noch Gutscheine einlösen kann. Das Morgenessen war köstlich, für alle etwas! Es wird im Moment umgebaut, viel Lärm den ganzen Tag, sogar am Abend noch. Wen dies stört, muss im Moment nicht dorthin! Die Umgebung ist wie gesagt nicht zu empfehlen, das Hotel schon. Personal war sehr hiflreich bes. bezügl. Bewilligung für Tibet!

Great place to stay, great quality hotel
This hotel is beautiful. Very friendly staff. Great complimentary breakfast. It's a short bus ride away (1 yuan, currently about USD .15) from the old city shopping districts which boast modern, and western style cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping. Overall this hotel is awesome for the price, the rooms are huge, the staff is friendly, and its location is extremely convenient. The only drawback is that the hot springs, sauna and spa are not in the hotel itself. They are in an adjacent building you have to walk outside to get to and pay separate entrance for, but in reality, this is barely noteworthy. I mention it because, well, nothing is perfect.
