This board-clad holiday home was completed in 2021. It has a combined kitchen/living room with a heat-retaining fireplace, a separate toilet, and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. One bedroom is accessed through a glazed terrace and also serves as a changing room for the sauna facilities. The living room also has two sofa beds that can be opened up, providing sleeping space for 4 guests in total. The sauna has an electric heater, and there is a washroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a spacious glazed terrace.

The magnificent sand beach of lake Kuortaneenjärvi is within 130 m. During the winter, there will be a cross-country ski trails on the ice of the lake (if weather condition allows). There are also cross-country ski trails around the training center. The distance to the trail is about 150 m.
