Located close to the Kure Beach Pier, this vacation retreat offers the perfect blend of coastal comfort and convenience. This home has been updated with thoughtful touches throughout, making it feel unique and welcoming.

Step inside and discover a spacious and coastal interior, designed with a homey feel in mind. With its ranch style design, this home has no stairs to climb! The open-concept living area is covered in natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere for you. The living room features a smart TV, board games, and a variety of books for beach reading! The dining area comfortably sits 6 indoors with additional seating for 6 on the outside patio. Kids can enjoy a space of their own with children's toys, books, and table with seating for 4 children.


The three bedrooms feature comfortable beds and ample storage space. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a chair that folds out to a twin size bed, and a private ensuite bathroom. An additional King size bed can be found in the second bedroom, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of beachside adventures. A third bedroom includes a desk space and full bed with smart TV. This home features two bathrooms, including the primary ensuite.


Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so no need to worry about extra charges!


Prepare delicious meals in the fully appointed kitchen, complete with all of the appliances and utensils you need. Enjoy your creations at the counter stools, the dining table, or take your meals out on the spacious screened in porch. The expansive screened in porch is an amazing feature of this home. Perfect for enjoying a family barbecue with the gas grill. Guests will also enjoy a large driveway with off street parking.


This property has an additional 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom unit on the opposite side of the garage. (Not included in this listing). There are no shared spaces between the two units for privacy. ***This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. And for 2 Dogs the Pet Fee is $350
Dog Rules: Carolina and Kure Beach allows dogs in the summer April 1 - September 30 before 9am and after 5pm. Dogs must be on a leash. Dogs are not allowed between the hours of 9am and 5pm in the summer. Dogs are allowed all day in the off season from October 1st to March 31st. Dogs are allowed on the beach all day year round at Freeman Park and Fort Fisher.
**Maximum Occupancy: 7 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
**Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.***
* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!
* No uninvited guests without permission


**Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee**
