Perfect beach house , easy access to the beach , clean, wonderful view . Dog loved it although he wouldn’t navigate the steps , house very close to everything you need !

Great stay

Location was great. The house was cozy. We noticed underneath the pullout couch downstairs it was VERY dirty. It hasn’t been cleaned under it.Overall it was a good stay.

Beach House!

We had a lovely time. It’s a no frills beach house, and we were glad that it was pet friendly. Loved that it was right next to the beach access point! It’s very close to Ft Fisher, the Aquarium, and some good walking trails. It wasn’t the cleanest rental we’ve stayed at, but we didn’t mind.

Great location

Very nice place. It looked just like the pictures. Easy walk to the pier and restaurants. Would stay there again. The only thing missing was a larger coffee pot! LOL!

DOOR ACCESS

ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH PROPERTY WAS ONLY BEING ABLE TO ENTER THROUGH THE DOWNSTAIRS DOOR AND HAVING TO USE THE SPIRAL STAIRCASE TO UNLOCK THE TOP OF THE UNIT

Perfect. Spotless on arrival. Everthing you need is provided. They even had baby gates and dog food ready. Easy beach access. Unlocking the door was difficult, but other than that it's perfect.

Sofa on the first floor was full of sand. TV on the kitchen level didn’t work half the time. Pulled out a couple of glasses that were filthy. Kitchen table hadn’t been wiped down. It was filthy. Trash outside the apartment. Light above kitchen sink didn’t work. Location is perfect.

Don't judge a book by its cover

Don't judge a book by its cover! When we first pulled up I was regretting my decision. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the inside. It was super clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen. It had all the things we needed to feel at home. My only complaint with the rental was that the fridge smelled like fish. After reading other reviews I noticed someone else had complained about the same thing. Also, and this is not the rental company or owners fault, but the trash/recycling for all the apartments near by sits right up by the duplex we rented (#6/7) and it smelled like death. We could not enjoy the balcony the entire stay because the smell was so terrible. Other than that I would definitely consider staying here again. Bring extra towels!

Much Needed Get Away!

Found the place to be clean, quiet and just what we needed for an early April escape! Just far enough away from the bustle of Carolina Beach and, still, within walking distance from the Kure Beach Pier to go fishing. This was a perfect pet-friendly place for us. Even the, incessantly grumpy, mother-in-law had a swell time! Sitting on the deck at sunset was the perfect ending to each day!! We will plan on a return visit, as soon as possible.

Great location beach access right outside your door

We had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation with easy access to the beach. We appreciated the townhouse being pet friendly, however; Kure Beach does not allow dogs on the beach year round so we had to drive to another beach down the road in order to bring our dog which was unfortunate. If you are traveling without a dog, the beach area is nice and not overly populated. If you are bringing a dog check the KURE beach guidelines. Minimal linens are provided but I would recommend bringing additional towels. Overall, we had a great vacation. Our favorite places to eat were Freddie’s Italian and The Peach Cobbler Factory!
