The master suite has an attached bath with a large garden tub (not jetted) and a large shower with dual shower heads. There are two other bedrooms on this floor that share a bathroom. One has a king bed. The other has a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle that can be pulled out and a separate twin bed. The washer and dryer are located on this floor and the hall has a wet bar just beside a sliding glass door that opens to a smaller deck on the side of the house. You can listen to the ocean waves while relaxing in this private spot overlooking the swimming pool.
The second floor is the hub of the house with a large open floor plan for the kitchen, living room and dining room. It is a perfect place to cook large meals for a group. This is a great place for everyone to gather to play board games or to enjoy the large flat screen tv above the gas fireplace. A deck that runs across the front of the house with wonderful ocean views will capture everyone’s attention as the perfect place to drink your morning coffee. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded Sealy Posturepedic mattress. There is a separate half bath on this floor. There is also a bedroom with a king bed and private full bath.
The first floor has two queen sized bedrooms that share a bathroom. The hall has access to the staircase and an elevator which services all three stories. The back door opens to the pool area that includes an outdoor enclosed shower which will be great to rinse off the sand after a day on the beach. The first floor has tile floor.
The house has a two car garage with parking for two to four more cars in the driveway. Road parking is available also, but is not free.
There is cable tv and complimentary wifi throughout the house. All the bedrooms have a tv and DVD player or BluRay player.
