Sea Monster is an amazing 5 bedroom, 4 full bathroom, oceanfront single family home. Enjoy the use of your own private pool. This home has it's own private walk out to the beach, complete with seating to enjoy the view.

The top floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room. You will find an open floor plan complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining with seating for 6, and 1 of the 2 living rooms. Either enjoy time inside with a large flat screen TV or walk out on to the wrap around, ocean front deck.

With a separate entrance, downstairs boasts 2 more bedrooms, a full bathroom and a second living room.

Entertain your friends and family in the open living area, overlooking your private pool and the blue Atlantic Ocean. Walk to Kure Beach Pier, Restaurants and activities. The garage offers plenty of parking for two cars and there is additional 2 parking in the driveway. There are not many single family ocean front homes that offer this gracious space and amenities. Kure Beach and Carolina Beach are dog-friendly! Dogs are allowed on the beach from October 1 through March 31. They must be cleaned up after and on a leash or restraint lead no longer than fifteen feet. Dogs are not allowed on the beach from April 1 through September 30.

Great house!

The unit has everything you need for a great vacation. It was clean and I was very impressed with the response time of the property manager for any questions we had. The house is equipped with all the things you may have forgotten including beach chairs or extra kitchen items. It’s a great location, close to the pier and store. We will be back!

Great week at the beach

Great location, but street can be busy at times. Awesome house, pool, and access to beach. The deck as beautiful views and the pool was a hit for the kids (and adults). We would not hesitate to stay here again.

If you are looking for a place to stay that is convenient to everything, this is the spot. Plenty of room for big families or multiple guests. Beautiful views of the ocean and the pier from deck. Kids enjoyed swimming around in the pool. And having personal beach access is a plus. We all enjoyed our stay here!

We loved our stay here! Pictures were accurate. Only thing we didn’t realize before booking is that you have to go outside to go between the main level and bedrooms downstairs. But the pool was amazing, deck was awesome, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous oceanfront home!

This home was perfect. The location was excellent, close to restaurants abd the Kure Beach Pier. The house was clean and very comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen. The pool was beautiful and came with everything needed for a great time. My grandchildren really enjoyed the volleyball in the pool. Sunrises were fabulous. Would definitely rent again!

Million Dollar View!

Loved, loved, loved the location and million dollar view - close to pier and Big Daddy's for easy access. Pool was a big hit with both adults and kids. Very comfortable - few issues that were resolved fairly quickly - broken lounge chairs were replaced after notifying Liz - should have requested bigger coffee maker (4 cup not big encough :-) Obviously a busy vacation rental with normal wear and tear.

Wonderful Week at the Beach!

Our family had an absolute wonderful stay at the Sea Monster. The house was perfect in every way with plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean and well appointed. Having the pool and beach so close made everything even better. We were all able to do our own thing and not worry about which group wanted to go to the beach and which group wanted to be in the pool. Kudos to the management company for excellent communication. If I had a question about anything, they were just a quick text away with a fast response time. I highly recommend this property, and we will definitely rent it again. It was worth every penny :)

Wonderful stay

This home is absolutely amazing with breathtaking views. Minor repair issues kept it from being a 100%, but my family and I rate this as a 96% on the test. Issues with the home are as follows: Two doors did not secure properly so deadbolts were set and not used furtherNailhead exposures on the rear deck required shoes. Deck furniture damage left exposed screw headsMinor existing damages such as scrapes to flooring, carpet stains and broken railing in deck. All of these issues are minor and can be fixed by a handyman in a weekend. These are the highlightsThe layout is perfect. The advertisement should be changed to reflect that it is essentially two separate dwellings. We could have invited another family of friends. The master bedroom perfectly aligns with the sunrise and sunset! Absolutely breathtakingThe furniture, paint and finishes looks like a Wayfair advertisement! Dishes, linens, towels etc…were well laid out and clean. The neighborhood is immediate walking access to the fishing pier, and we will be renting again when weather gets warmer. Neighbors were friendly and beach access is spectacular!This was a wonderful stay, and we will be renting again in the near future.

Great Family Vacation

Nice place but a little confusing. No stairs in from upstairs to downstairs. Streaming TV only (not a big problem) but signal wasn’t great! Pool was great. Well stocked kitchen. Downstairs rooms need updating. Needs some shade. Check out Freddie’s and Britt’s Donuts for sure.
