"立地は市役所前駅から2分ぐらいでとてもいいです。部屋は掃除されており綺麗です。アメニティも基本的に揃っており良かったです。(TVはないです) 調理用具は汚れがあったりしたので毎回洗ってるわけではないみたいです。(ただ皆さん使う前に洗うので問題はないかと) 洗濯機と洗剤があるのはよかったです。ハンガーは小さめのが6個ほどでした。たくさん洗濯する方は注意。角部屋でしたがキッチン前の窓からビューーっとずっと風の音がします。そのためか部屋は外より寒くなりやすいです。そしてエアコンは効かずざんねんでした。エアコンの上は埃もあり、宿泊者もスタッフも使わないみたいです。受付は広島駅近くで普通でした。感じのいい人でもなく悪くもなく。ただしビジネスホテルと比べると無愛想ですね。このままだと5点ぐらいかなと思いましたが、金額が安いので7点としました。リピートしてもいいと思います。"

"Hotel seemed a bit run down but in a convenient location. 8 min walk from Hiroshima Station. We didn't have a room with a view and our beds were not very comfortable. "

"Check in was smooth, staff were always very friendly and helpful, the room itself was very large, comfortable, and the view over the north of Hiroshima was genuinely incredible. Cleaning options are plentiful depending on the level of service you'd like, and any room service needs, i.e. rental equipment, food, towels etc are all done via QR code on your phone, so convenient! The high room we booked had two well sized comfortable beds in a large, open room. While the furniture and bathroom may look like they are from another time, they were very well taken care of and are clearly high quality. I have paid a lot more for hotels previously and they do not even come close to the RIHGA. Close to the bus station and a number of bus stops, do not be discouraged by the lack of subway here. I would 100% book again and look forward to visiting Hiroshima again with you."

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Our room was clean, bright with a large window and a wonderful "downtown" view. There were 3 of us and the room had 3 beds, which made things admittedly a little tight. Though quite typical of Japanese hotels I believe and in no way a negative. The location was perfect with a street car stop a stone's throw away, the Peace dome a short walk along the river and the main shops not much further. Each of us were given a (small) free drink ticket for each night. Which made for a pleasant and lively evening vibe in the reception area. Which was by the way on the top floor, with a wonderful roof top garden too. The TL;DR version is I would absolutely stay here again."
