No lift but we stayed on 4th floor.
One night it ran out of hot water in a sudden, and nothing they could do about it, just told us to wait till the next day.
Other then the issues above, other things are ok. The room is not big but it's reasonable for 2 people. Not recommend for families, but ok for single traveler or couple.

The room is spacious and tidy. The facilities are well-maintained, but it would be better if they could provide a vacuum cleaner, especially since we stayed for seven nights.
