De l'autre côté du pont

Situation: L'hôtel est au bas de la colline de la cathédrale, le centre-ville est rapidement accessible à pied en traversant le pont sur la rivière. Plusieurs petits commerces sont ouverts en permanence juste à côté. Infrastructure: Le bâtiment a une très jolie architecture même s'il est un peu moins beau en vrai qu'en photo. La déco manque de charme, voire est totalement glauque dans la salle du breakfast couverte de miroirs et plongée dans la pénombre. Pas d'ascenseur. Les chambres donnant sur l'arrière n'ont aucune vue mais sont sans doute les plus calmes. Il y a plusieurs salons à différents endroits de l'hôtel. Il y a eu plusieurs pannes électriques pendant mon séjour. Personnel: Sympa, souriant et parlant anglais (à la réception) ou discret et aimable (au breakfast). Services: Buffet du breakfast plutôt pauvre mais omelettes à la demande, service sur assiette soigné, ne débute officiellement qu'à partir de 9h (mais c'est souvent possible de pouvoir manger déjà un peu avant). Pas de parking réservé pour la clientèle mais aucune difficulté à trouver de la place à proximité. En bref : L'hôtel manque sans doute d'un peu de charme et de convivialité pour le touriste étranger, malgré les efforts du personnel. Il possède pourtant un grand potentiel mais pas assez bien exploité. On peut sans doute en attendre un peu plus pour le tarif proposé si on compare avec d'autres adresses de la région. . Adapté pour les séjours solo, en couple ou business.

Nice hotel, close to downtown, the staff is 5 plus, very helpful and kind. Rooms are big and clean, very comfortable beds. I had a room with a balcony and amazing view over the city. The service is amazing. The hotel helped us toi arrange a tour to see different sights. Once again amazing hotel

Kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage

Das Hotel liegt zentral zur Innenstadt (ca. 7 Gehminuten), mit entsprechendem Verkehrsaufkommen im Eingangsbereich. Dies und die Zimmergroesse lassen es ungeeignet erscheinen, den Tag im Hotel zu verbringen. Es ist eine gute, saubere Uebernachtungsmoeglichkeit mit funktionierenden Sanitaeranlagen. Das Fruestueck bietet neben lokaler Kueche auch etwas fuer den westlichen Geschmack und das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, tw. mit Englischkenntnissen. Allerdings sollten die eigenen Erwartungen in Bezug auf das Hotel auch zum Preis in Relation gesetzt werden, es gibt hier keinen Standard internationaler Hotelketten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall die jederzeitige Unterstuetzung durch das Hotelpersonal.
