I liked the room size and the variety of food in the restaurants, I did not like the staff attitude and behavior, they have no sense of hospitality, they are not welcoming or friendly. Waited for more than 3 hours to get the room, there was no amenities available in the toilet and when I requested the housekeeping staff just throw them in the room at the TV table and not arranged in the toilet, moreover, next day they didn’t replaced the used towels I have to request that, I paid at the reception for one day breakfast but when I went to the  restaurant to have it the staff their told me that my room number is not registered and I didn't pay for it, I have to go back to the reception to sort it out, good that I have my bank message shows the amount that been deductedfor the breakfast and the transaction was done, the whole stay I was annoyed from the staff treatment.

الفندق نظيف وهادي واجهة مشكلة بسيطة الروم سيرفس كان بطيء وطلبت مره زيادة ماي وانسوا اضطريت اتصل للتذكير وعشان تتصل على الروم سيرفس لازم تتصل على اللوبي ويحولك لما سألته مافي طريقة دايركت عطاني رقم وقلت وين احصل عالرقم قالي مو موجود بالغرفه
