שהות בבית המלון היה נחמד, חוץ מרמת שירות שפחות מתאימה למלון 5 כוכבים. ביקשנו כוס פרוסקו בארוחת הבוקר כמו שמגישים בכל בית מלון 5 כוכבים בעולם. הביאו לנו איזה משקה מוגז מאוד מר ולא אהבנו, במקום לתת לאורח להרגיש טוב ולהביא לו מה שהוא מבקש - הנהלה פשוט התעלמו ואמרו שזה מה יש אצלם. מיני בר בחדר ריק לחלוטין- אין כלום בפנים.

Hotel is a bit old, desperately needs modern design and features. Window in my room was blowing cold air and it was noisy. Overall quality was ju ok but not for a 5 star hotel.

Nice hotel, but horrible view

On the web page the room description is "standard room with city view". Our room had no view, only towards the alley between the hotel's premises. Did not take a picture. We kept the curtains covering the windows the entire time. Besides that, nice hotel.

This is hands down the best luxury hotel in Kyiv. Staff and amenities are AWESOME! Breakfast is the best. Could not ask for me. Get a club room with cathedral view. Worth every penny! If you want to be amazed, stay at the Intercontinental.

Very Good

It's a very nice hotel!! We picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and we were not disappointed. The water was about 30°C (86°F) and we had it all to ourselves. The room was nice, not spectacular, but nice. The food delivered by room service was good. Our room was on the 8th floor and had a spectacular view. The location is awesome. I'd stay here again.
