Extremely clean room and facilities. The staff also went out of their way to accommodate my 0500 coffee habit and made us some coffee prior to the scheduled 0600 making. Really appreciated this gesture!

The staff was welcoming as we checked in and explained the wifi connection, and breakfast in the morning. When exiting or entering the hotel we were acknowledged and asked if there was anything we needed.

Short stay but nice

We only stayed over night after the COTA F1 race. The reception was friendly and the hotel was very clean and smelled pleasant. The complimentary breakfast snacks were a bit lacking but all in all a good experience.

The hotel was new. The room was spotless and the staff was courteous. However, some amenities such as extra towels, and other things that are free at major hotels guests have to pay for at this hotel. The trade off is it next to the hospital and convenient for families that have relatives in the hospital.

The hotel is brand new. Amazing customer service. The drink vending machine was already out of order, but there was a water cooler. Clean rooms. Easy access to San Marcos and Austin.

This was our second stay in about 2 months. The person that checked us in remembered us which was nice. Room was great, we got a king size bed this time. The shower was a walk in with glass sliding doors, very nice. Only draw back was that whoever stayed before us must have had something glittery as there was still glitter on the floors and there was hair on the counter in the bathroom. Also the bed frame had food particles where the mattress sits. The hall to our room hadn't been vacuumed and looked dirty our entire stay. Cleanliness wasn't as good this time. Still a great stay but for this being very new and in a great location in Kyle, they need to keep it up. We will return.

Wonderful experience, recommend staying 2 everyone

Was wonderfully pleased with our stay, staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was spacious, clean and even better than pictured online. pricing was perfectly reasonable, and is Pet friendly, which was a plus. beds were comfortable and AC perfectly cooled the room. Numerous outlets plugs available in the room, so if needing to charging laptop along with multiple phones or tablets, it will not be an issue. Location was ideal with available restaurants and fast food nearby, and Hospital is literally a property and a half away in case of emergency. Definitely worth five stars. I Absolutely recommend staying here

Multiple access points so you don’t have to walk long ways around to your room. All have security cameras and are only accessible by sojourners/guests

The staff was amazingly nice and our room was very nice, great size. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Thw bathroom was a normal bathroom, hot water, good water pressure. Two things stood out to us, the hallway on our floor didn't look to be vacuumed the 4 days we were there and in the room, there was a lot of dust under the bed. The beds are raised and with us having a small dog with us that could easily walk around under the bed, the dust made him sneeze. It was large dust balls, like it hadnt been swept in a month under there. Pet friendly property was great to find.

The room was very clean but the AC literally sounded like a generator and was very loud. Beds were comfy and the full kitchen was convenient. My biggest problem was that, not even after 4 hours of being in the room, a whole colony of ants had gotten into my grocery bag and ruined the fruit I just got. It was insane the amount of ants that appeared. Had to throw out the entire grocery bag and waste all of my food. It’s obvious there is an ant infestation problem solely from the sheer amount of ants that I found trailing from the wall to the bag. That and the extremely loud AC made it hard to get comfortable.
