第三次入住，來京都時的首選，價格便宜，雖然沒有太多服務，但房間內有小廚房、洗衣機，浴室有烘乾功能，適合長時間入住，且離京都車站不遠走路約5分鐘也可到熱門景點的巴士站牌

人多同住體驗不錯！
離京都車站確實有段距離，步行約10分鐘，此區同集團及同類型民宿很多，官網對於『初次』到京都投宿的民眾，介紹不夠詳細，不容易找到。 此次6人行入住3F(2個房間1個合室1個廚房1個廁所1個浴室)對於空間及品質沒有不滿意，但亦無特別覺得好就一般般，民宿沒有電梯也比較不方便；但有洗衣機及暖氣系統，對於需洗衣的朋友，掛浴室開乾燥可以隔天就乾，很方便。 6人入住3晚，每晚每人住宿稅200日圓，共收取3600日圓，在入住前mail通知裡雖告知需收費，卻對收取標準及該付多少住宿稅特地迴避，到現場才確實計算要你付費，感覺不是很好。 京都是唯一住宿費用有無達到收取標準，都會收最少200日圓/人的地區，請注意！

Will stay again!
This is my second stay, with many more to come, I'm sure. The hotel is located in a quiet area but within easy walking distance from Kyoto Station. Room is cozy, clean, and generously equipped with a washing machine. Staff are very friendly, as ND provided housekeeping service every four nights--very adequate. Highly recommended.

整體來說住宿環境不錯，房間空間比大阪大，房間整潔，美中不足就是如住2樓以上都必須行樓梯,如果攙行李就十分辛苦。 還有晚上衔道十分寧靜，沒有夜遊人。 但是去清水寺和金閣寺搭車非常方便。因就近有京都駅和巴士🚌去景點也方便。

離車站算不遠,步行可到,環境乾淨,周圍商家環境讓人輕鬆入境隨俗,但遺憾的是房裡電腦無法使用,無畫面,冰箱不冰,還好有訂其它房間,還可以去其他房間共用,除此之外其他設備都很不錯,是值得考慮再住的民宿

地點很好，到哪裡都方便，到京都火車站步行10分鐘，非常近！房間大小還可以，但插座太少！價格也實惠！每間房間都有洗衣機、冰箱、微波爐、電磁爐、浴室！盥洗用品與毛巾飯店也有提供！

Nice stay
Well-equipped spacious apartment. Nice staff. A little bit far away from Kyoto Station. Better if electric sockets locate near the working desk.

Comfy room in a quiet location.
Helpful staff. Efficient check-in and check-out. Comfy room. Quite a bit of a walk away from the station but still manageable, though taxi would be a better choice.

這裡是很舒適又超值的旅館，提供各式各樣的服務，房間設備也很好，有暖氣及洗衣機。另外泡澡時，還有液晶螢幕可以讓你觀賞。住宿地點也很安靜且離搭車地點很近。想省錢多走幾步就到逛街區。誠摯推薦。另外語言英文可以通唷！ It’s highly recommended to stay in the hotel during your stay in Kyoto. It’s very convenient to visit wherever you want to go. In addition, shopping area is nearby, and it’s a quiet place where can chill out and enjoy the tranquility. Little bit far but overally excellent. Recommend y
It's easy to reach if you follow the map provided. However the way to the house is very dark and quiet at night, I wont recommend a single traveller if you are afraid of...:p. The staff is helpful and can speak fluent English. There are multiple languages printed on information sheet which is easily understood. The room and bed are small and hard for 2 people to tidy up the luggages, but the facilities are good enough, just like living at home. Most importantly that all things are new and clean.

走路離京都車站很近，約10分內可到(托行理會比較慢約15分)，住宿門口斜對面就是涉成園，搭公車的話，走路到附近的站牌(約3~5分內)就有許多不同方向的車可搭，大家可以依自己要去的景點，麻煩GOOGLE大神幫大家找到最適合的上車地點與路線哦! 房間內有洗衣機，浴室很棒，比一般商務型的飯店大一些，且馬桶與淋浴間是分開的哦!淋浴間有熱風設訂，可以用來烘乾洗好的衣物! 比較要注意的是，因為沒有電梯，住樓上的旅客，要自己搬行理上樓，對於年紀比較大的旅客來說，要評估這點哦!

A real gem.
Don't be put off by the outside - this hotel is a real gem. Warm, friendly staff. Comfortable, traditional rooms. Ideally placed to explore Kyoto, whilst being only a few minutes walk from the main station. Highly recommended.
