我在預定時要求入住高層,但check in 時,發現被安排入住低樓層,投訴後仍然無法解決,謝謝Expedia幫助,最後在第三日換到高樓層。由京都車站行去酒店大約5分鐘,尚算方便,自助式check in ,要另外付房税,職員會在有需要時出現,有禮貌,浴室及坐廁分開二個室,房內有放濕機,有提供腳部按摩機,但需要收費,房內無鐘又不能提供morning call 服務,整體而言尚算可以。

It was exactly so how I expected. We had a nice quite room. Me and my wife liked the "Dino's" in the Hotel Lobby. Another Bonus is that the hotel is near to Kyoto Station.

I do not like the front desk being attended only by 2 robots. Communication is very difficult without a human being to attend to. We stayed in a twin room. The hotel only provides 2 packets of green tea daily but no coffee. Directions given from the internet as to how to get to the hotel from the Kyoto Station is quite confusing so we tried to use the google directions. But it was worse. Clear signs should be stated at the train station.

At this price and close location to Kyoto Station, cannot ask too much or expect too much. I like this hotel. The room and toilet is clean. I am glad the staff helps me to check in when I run into problem with the robot.

Clean, conveniently located, staff are very responsive and assisted us with all our needs. (e.g. trouble checking in with dinosaurs, unable to re-open the safety box, lost and found). Free luggage storage after check out is convenient too😊 We certainly recommend to others and will be back again.

Stayed for 3 nights with breakfast. Breakfast was at the adjacent bar. Chairs and tables were bar-style with very little space to walk around. Buffet-style but the quantity of food laid out was very controlled. Single (phiten) room was quite compact but cosy and wouldn’t be a problem for small people. Location is convenient with many shopping options within walking distance. The dinosaur at check-in is cute but the name used to book the rooms must match the name on passport exactly or else you’ll still need help for a hotel employee.

We absolutely loved staying here! It is SO conveniently located less than 3 minutes away from Kyoto Station (and the JR/Shinkansen lines) and the room we reserved (Hollywood twin) was the perfect size for us with a great view of the trains leaving the station. Of course, you can’t miss with the novelty of velociraptor receptionists!
