Our hotel is located on the famous Yasaka-dori street filled with several high-end restaurants called 'Ryotei', as well as the Kenninji temple at the front of the hotel, the oldest 'Zen' temple in Kyoto. You can feel comfortable with a walk-in their spacious and peaceful garden.We are pleased to hear about good comments for our staff, and we are delighted that you enjoyed your time at our hotel. We might be a little remote from the nearest train stations, taking approx—10 to 12 minutes on foot. However, we hope you enjoyed the unique and quiet atmosphere around the hotel. While we are still in the centre of the Gion district, we are far away from the noise from the main shopping and restaurant streets.Again, thank you so much for having your time to offering valuable comment. 所有的服务人员都很热情,房间设施也不错,大堂里木质熏香的味道很好闻,房间紧邻民宅窗口看不到什么风景,酒店对面就是建仁寺,到二年坂、花见小路、四河原町百货店等都是步行距离,3分钟路程的距离就有一家弘烤肉,酒店免费巴士每天好几班来往于京都站,到金阁寺的公交也很方便,早餐略显简单,虽然日式西式都有但品种不多,总的来说很喜欢这个酒店

The smell of the lobby is called Sanshi Suimei which is mixed with Hinoki, citron, spearmint and so on. It makes you relaxed and refresh. I hope you will remember our hotel when you smell it in your room. Regarding view of the room, if you are disappointed it, we feel sorry for that. Since even you see some houses, you still able to see the mountains at far end. Also it is fun to see Kyoto tower from west side of our hotel. Our hotel is located in very convenient for shopping and eating as you mentioned like Hiro. We have a lot of recommendations, so please kindly ask us our favorite places for eating and shopping next time. It is little far from Kyoto staion from the hotel, so we have this service about one time in one hour. If you used it, we delighted to know. We are offering buffet style breakfast with the theme of “Morning in Kyoto”. Rich local ingredients such as Kyo vegetables, and seasonal fish from Wakasa and Lake Biwa are prepared with traditional Kyo-kaiseki, Obanzai, and Shojin-ryori techniques. Enjoy the live dishes and cuisine prepared in front of your eyes from the two counters. That is why we do not have variety of western style breakfast. We hope that you enjoyed our Kyoto style one. Overall I would say it was a new and clean hotel. However I had requested the baby crib for my 16months baby in advance, they just informed me no baby crib allowed for my baby due to his age over 12 months during check-in! It was a nightmare for us since my baby just learning to walk and not able to sleep on the Adult bed without the proper fencing. We didn’t enjoy the stay as we need to keep watching our baby for the entire night

In fact, we have baby crib and bed guard. As you mentioned, crib usable age is to 12 months. With regard to bedding, we will make effort to meet your request so that you may rest comfortably. We are opened on September 7th, 2017, so we are still very new and the location is quite convenient to go to main sightseeing spots such as Kiyomizu Temple, Yasaka Shrine, and Kennin Temple by walk. We regret to read your comment that the size of the room you stayed in did not live up to your expectation at that time. We have many room types so that if you have opportunity, we highly recommend that you to stay in our 'Celestine Twin' room, which is 43.0sqm. We do have a positive comment about the size from our customers who had stayed in this room type. However even the room was small for you, we feel relived that your stay was enjoyable. As you mentioned, the aspect of our hotel complex is functional and stylishly designed as part of a historical area in Kyoto gion. And we offer Kyoto-style buffet breakfast, the dishes which our chefs skillfully bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients. Moreover, our guests can also enjoy the tempura prepared in front of you, or the tempura burger made with wagyu. Cuisine like this cannot be experienced anywhere else. Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience! I catch cold at that day and the staff help me to reserved hospital which can speak English or Chinese, also wrote the symptom in Japanese. When I came back they warmly asked me " feel better ?". I didn't tell them it's gonna be my birthday and they just prepare a little gift for me. It's not just a service, it's higher level of service you can feel.

二人房足夠帶2位小孩入住,可惜2張椅子阻礙打開2個大行李箱;房裡有咖啡機、小籃子帶衣物去浸浴、酒店對面有停車場,約¥1400~¥1800泊一晚,這是我在京都見過最多外國人入住的酒店。

We are pleased to know that you have enjoyed staying with us. As you mentioned, we are providing many kinds of amenities in the room. Furoshiki and the Japanese-patterned purse, the guests can also take this item home as a souvenir. As for the room, as you may know, Japanese style room is not that big compared to European Standards. We highly recommend you to stay larger room "Superior Twin or Deluxe Twin Room" for your next visit. As for car parking lot, our hotel guests can use it with reservations, and there is an additional cost of 2,000 yen per night for its use. We are delighted that you enjoyed staying with us and you were satisfied with our room. However, we are quite sorry to learn that our location did not live up to your expectations at this time. Please be advised that we have a complimentary shuttle bus operating between the hotel and the Kyoto Station, approx. every 50 - 60 minutes from 08:00 to 18:50. We might be a little remote from the nearest train stations, taking approx. 10 to 12 minutes on foot. However, we hope you enjoyed the unique yet quiet atmosphere around the hotel, while we are still in the center of the Gion district, we are far away from the noise from the main shopping and restaurant streets. 提早5个月预定,给的却是最小的房间,标注了要高楼层,却给了一楼。房间小到连行李箱都打不开,一家三口,孩子6岁,全部只能坐在床上,没地方站。据说楼上有大的房间会,只是没有给我们,哎。价格比大阪万豪贵,房间比万豪差2个档次。

去年剛蓋好的飯店,從大廳到房間都非常乾淨,而且房間的空間很大,整家飯店的氣味也很好聞,讓人一進門就感到很放鬆。大浴場的體驗也很棒,走了一整天非常推薦去泡一下。唯一美中不足的是早餐,沒有期待中那麼精緻美味,覺得可以省下早餐的加購。

这次是我和太太第二次来京都旅游。虽然赶上炎炎夏日,但从酒店入住的第一刻起,我们就感觉此次京都之行会是一次美好的回忆。接待美眉态度非常热情,全程跪姿服务,细心解说。等待期间送上清爽的绿茶,旅途的劳累一扫而光,作为入住小礼物的折扇也是慢慢的日式风情。真个酒店很有设计感,栽种绿竹的中庭很有艺术感。通往客房的电动门感觉很好,让客房区既安全又安静。房间Size适中,吧台很有特色,卫生间很有日式的感觉,洗漱用品质量也不错,很享受游玩一天洗去疲惫的感觉。房间配备的免费智能手机是我的最爱,让我潇洒游走在京都的大街小巷,精准寻找满意的餐厅和店铺,非常感谢酒店的这项贴心服务!日式早餐非常丰盛,米饭配味增汤味道很地道,各式小菜和水果加上日本煎茶,让我们在京都的每一天的开启都很美好。酒店有往来火车站的班车,非常方便。打车距离也不是很远。总体来讲,此次酒店入住的感觉十分美好,下次京都行我们还会再来。(稍微有一个小小的遗憾,不知是酒店还是好订网的疏忽,我预定时特别告知是结婚周年纪念,但没看到酒店的特殊安排,不过这也不影响我给酒店满分!)

However, we have free shuttle bus which comes and goes between our hotel and JR Kyoto station, so please feel free to take this when you come to our hotel from JR Kyoto station. Moreover, as you mentioned, our hotel is located at the heart of Gion. There are so many attractive places such as Kiyomizu-dera temple, which is one of the most famous temples in Japan.
