地方不錯，電制位很夠，可能不是旺季，給我們的房間很寬敞，有電水煲、風筒，沐浴露、洗頭水都有。附近都便利店，吉野家及藥莊等都很方便。但留意check out 是上午10:00前，而且是自助，所以如果不習慣自助的朋友就要考慮，而且沒有check out 後的行李寄存服務，入住前要找找那裏有行李寄存，京都站有寄存服務，行去都是20-30分鐘。 總算是不錯，要求不大的可以一試

房間算大，足夠放兩個大行李，環境整潔，光線很充足。 酒店是設密碼進入，這個真的很方便，不用帶咭出門，怕弄掉。 地點亦都很方便，就近地鐵站，酒店下面有便利店，走遠一點也有超市。

地點方便、易搵。酒店比較新。有洗衣機可以使用。房間在日本來說也相對較大。入住雖然是自助但也不是太難。最大的缺點是住了兩晚但第二日沒有清潔房間,也沒有換床單。因為我們是通過Expedia的網站訂房,但到酒店還是要另外再付兩天的稅,覺得不是太妥當。

Mattress are too soft to balance the low back Poor impression for the staffs since he was keep urging us for settling the tax. There was only self serving when check in so we did not know we have to pay it by a little machine. We planned to settle the tax when the moment check out after we acknowledged. But the staff always investigated us alike we gonna cheat him. Knocking our room day and night... stopping us to go out but our luggages there....

Das Zimmer war dreckig und heruntergekommen und der Abfluss im Badezimmer war verstopft. Wir würden einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel nicht empfehlen!

Slightly strange absent staff set up and obvs no breakfast or bar or shared spaces etc BUT very very central (seemed EVERYWHERE was a short bus ride away!!). What interaction we did have with the staff (5 mins at check in) was simple, efficient and polite. The inexpensive washer/dryer laundry was a godsend. The room was super neat tidy and clean. It was an excellent base shilst in Kyoto! Cheers !

It was a cozy and quiet place, about 5 minutes of walk to Gojo Station, and it was kind of clean, but they don’t do the room services every day; in my whole stay (7 days), they only cleaned the room two times! Also, the room doesn’t have a drinking bottle of water, so you need to buy it even when you have just arrived from a long trip. In my experience, they usually give you even a small bottle of water when you arrive.

五条駅から徒歩５分の便利なロケーション。繁華街の烏丸・河原町に近いエリアです。ビジネスにも、観光の拠点としても便利なだけでなく、近くには大きな桜の木が植えられた公園があり、子供たちも多く遊んでいる安心なロケーションです。ホテルのすぐ近くにコンビニもあるので大変便利です。

Bon emplacement mais check in compliqué car code d’entrée non communiqué par l’hôtel. De plus on nous a refait payer des frais (ce qui n’était pas précisé et nous avions déjà payé des frais de réservation en ligne, bien que pas cher, pas correct de ne pas le précisé)ménage fait tous les 3 jours (sur 4 nuits notre chambre a été nettoyée une seule fois (le dernier jour) Heureusement que l’emplacement est bon.

The Kyoto city tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.In addition, the cost depends on your accommodation fee.The accommodation fee per person, per night is 020,000 JPY, the tax is 200 JPY. 20,000 JPY 49,999 JPY, the tax is 500 JPY. 50,000 JPY over, the tax is 1,000 JPY. (The amount of tax is per person, per night).According to the Kyoto Metropolitan Government, the Kyoto City Tax is used to cover the costs of involved in enhancing the attractions of Kyoto as an international cultural and tourist city, and in promoting tourism. Room cleaning is only once every 3 days.If you would like to exchange towels or collect garbage, please pick up the phone. We are looking forward to seeing you again.

設備、室内は清潔でよかったです。室内のテレビのリモコンが電池切れか故障でフロントで確認をお願いしようと思いましたがチェックインでの対応に追われておられたので諦めてテレビ本体で操作したので結果として問題なく見れました。残念だったことは外国の旅行者の方が多く共用部廊下深夜遅くまで長電話をされている声(大きめの声)が気になってなかなか寝付けなかったことでした。

This is place will do if you are traveling alone or max with 2 people. It is clean and safe and has a convenience store right around the corner. But this place was advertise for 4 and there is no way 4 people with luggage can stay in this room comfortably! We stayed two nights with a family of for with two older teens and it was not easy to say the least. It is quite a walk from the train station and just know that there is nobody on-site to assist in anyway, it's all self check-in and done remotely. Would recommend only to single business traveler or 2 adults with car that do not need any assistance and are familiar with area.
