非常好，整潔，廚房用具都很齊全。 雖然check-in地點與住宿的不同，不過可以預約shuttle bus，戴我們到酒店！（只限單向～不包由酒店離開的） 我們是五人，其中一人用梳化床，沒太多位置打開行李，有點擠迫。 地點遠離鬧市但都是在可步行的距離。 有提供洗衣機和乾衣機，除了地下每樓層各一部，需和其他住客共用，有點不方便。 整體來說很滿意。

A bit far from both tram and rail but near to bus stations. The nearby Koyto station check in procedure is not necessary where no luggage transfer is really bad. Place is great for family trip if the interior (bed) have more safety concern... since I have been hurt by the lower part of the bed for a few times.

近四条堀川，搭巴士較為方便
取鎖匙比較麻煩，不位於住宿地點，要在京都駅附近取匙，才可往住宿地點入住，如人多可以直接坐的士前往，我代4個人坐，付了900日元，鄰近四条堀川巴士站，由京都駅坐C28巴士較近，烏丸四条行去較遠，房間與圖一樣，比得上酒店，非常亁淨，下次會再入住。

We sometimes receive requests to change check-in dates but we have to work through the reservation site that the guest booked and stick to our cancellation policies. We were trying to do our best to help you to contact Expedia Customer Service to amend the reservation. But, as we didn't receive any contact until the deadline for change we unfortunatley had our hands tied. The room was new and big enough for a family of 5 (with 2 kids). Location is not close to the train station, but it’s close to bus stop. 24H supermarket is nearby and also convenient store. It would be perfect if housekeeping available everyday. will try again Resis Stay next time.

Overall it was a very good stay. The neighborhood is nice and very easy to go to different locations. However, it was a bit hassle on the check-in procedure. No instruction or email is given on how to check-in and where to check-in. Had to ask other hotels to assist on this.
