由車站步行到酒店需要8-10分鐘，在早上時間有接駁巴士可以乘搭，非常方便行李較多的旅客。酒店職員非常有禮貌。三床房的面積比想像中小，而且被分配到較遠的房間，沒有太方便。整體來說，還是很不錯的住宿體驗。

The information on expedia is not correct. It says that the room has 2 beds and 2 futon but when I arrived, the hotel said it will be charged extra to have 2 futons. Also, the parking service is not as convenient as i thought.

Good location, very close to the JR station, hotel staffs are very nice and most of them can speak English. A lot of food and restaurant nearby. I would say it is worth to upgrade a bigger room. Perfect for family trip.

房間比較細，與相片的感覺不一樣，以為住一張大床的房，比雙人房細小很多，入住10樓行政樓層，根本沒有行政樓層設備或酒廊，三千多元住了兩晚也沒有安排景色較好的房間，簡直沒有一點景觀，有點失望。只是有免費泊車設備。

Decent but a bit old
The room is a bit old, but still decent; and apperently the lobby and the aisle are all refurbished already. The highlight is that there are three breakfast places, the "top of Kyoto" is worth the extra 1000 yen for the view and the experience. The western buffet is also good. Services is reasonable.

雖然酒店離京都車站有些距離，但由於酒店有提供接駁巴士，所以尚算方便。酒店早餐選擇豐富，酒店內也有紀念品店，方便旅客購買紀念品。惟酒店附近並沒有便利店，最近的便利商店要走到APA酒飲後面。整體住宿體驗不錯

Poor sound proof and low quality customer
I was assigned a room which is near to the ice making room and water room, many people walked around my room. As you may know, when the ice making machine runs it creates lots of noice. And when people pick them up, it is being noisy. Plus, people TALKED A LOT there, I could nearly know what they were talking about. I guess they never expected that the sound proof quality was so bad that person in the living room could listen them. I could hardly sleeep till midnight (I tried to sleep from 9pm as I have to leave early in the next day) since a lot of people went out and TALKED A LOT there! What an awful experience I have ever been in my entire travelling history. To be fair, the rest of the services / facilities were good, though. I hope the ice / water room could close after 9PM...... or set in other floor which nobody sleep nearby, it is terrible to people who is sensitive to little sound like mine......
