交通方便，住宿環境佳，是個好選擇
交通部分，距離京都車站跟七條、五條JR約在10-15分鐘步行距離。距離五條地鐵站約十分鐘左右。 所在街道有多家特色餐廳，便利商店五分鐘步行左右。往 五條方向過馬路有免稅藥妝及24小時超市。 除201房外，房間都寬敞。乾淨且在靜巷，熱水充沛迅速。三樓有免費洗衣機可使用。沒有電梯所以不便大件行李移動，還好店長幫忙扛上去。 有公用熱水飲水機與公用用餐空間。沒有煮食設備。 對面就是派出所，安全不是問題！

離京都站需步行大概10鐘路程，沿途有2間便利店，一間郵便局。附近食肆開到夜晚10點，部分開到夜晚12點。房間整潔，有空調，浴室好大，分開兩部分有企缸同浴缸，夜晚好靜。共用地方部分有飲水機，製冰機、雪櫃同微波爐(24小時)，洗衣機同乾衣機(上午9點至晚上9點)。

The hotel location is convenient and easy to find it. There are few 24hrs car park close to it which let us easy to park our car there. The room is spacious and clean. One draw back is without lift that little pressure to take 2 full loaded luggages upstairs. However, the receptionist is willing to help.

酒店距離車站不遠，購物食玩都非常方便。酒店的員工亦非常樂於幫助。房間整潔。而且大堂位置提供廚房共用，可以一試於旅程期間自行煮食。總結是一間令人覺得是家的地方，非常輕鬆舒適。

Cozy and family feel
The room size is spacious and will be more happy if the toilet size can be larger. The share kitchen is nice and well equipped. The overall hygiene performance is good.w It will be perfect if night shift staff service to is available after 1800. A very comfortable motel.

there is a place like home; that is, racine home
we stayed there for 5 nights.. and we like everything there, FREE washer and dryer , especially the water, which is so sweet and clean. and we make full use of kitchen to make wonderful breakfast and dinner. besides, the staff members are very friendly. the location is perfect too. we walked to 錦市場" 清水寺, 祗圓町及八坂神社都 (ALL WALK). if i could rank it, i would give it more than 5 stars (6 stars)because it is like home instead of a hotel.

位置很方便，距離JR只要走10分鍾。 距離近鐵車站車程5-10分鐘 櫃檯服務員非常貼心！ 還有免費早餐！ 唯一缺點是房間非常小！兩個行李箱打開就沒辦法通行了。

豪華なホテルより落ち着けてとても居心地が良かったです。連泊させてもらいましたが満足でした。ただ、チェックアウトに誰も対応してもらえず3階から階段でトランクを降ろせず苦労しました。若い人なら何でもない事でも年配者には難しい事もありますので少しご検討下さい。

新感覚の居心地の良いホテル
不思議な新感覚ホテルでした！ 入り口が料理屋と服屋さんだったので ホテルどこ？と思いましたが すぐに店員さんが対応してくれました！ 初は少し勇気が要りますがお店を突っ切るとホテルのフロントっていう感じです。 アメニティはフロントにあり入浴剤や耳栓など色々あるのが良かったです！ エレベーターが無く階段だったのですが スタッフさんが重たい荷物も部屋まで運んで下さって対応が良かったです！ 枕は硬めですがこちらも早い者勝ちですが 枕が自由にレンタル出来ます。 水などのドリンクバーもあり格安の割にはかなり充実していました。 ホテルにパーキングは無いですがすぐ真隣に有料パーキングもあります。 利用はしませんでしたが料理屋さんも人気の様で夜かなり賑わっていて気になりました！ 部屋はシンプルで狭いですがかなり自信持っておススメ出来るホテルです。

The hotel doesn't have many rooms, so it was quiet. Also there was a laundry on our floor which was easy to use (detergent was provided). The only thing I didn't like about the room was that there was only a desk chair, so we had to sit on the bed to eat, lounge etc.

Good position. Did not know the room would not be serviced during our stay until we got there. Also no lift and on the 3rd floor, bit of struggle with suitcase. Otherwise no complaints.

Can't say enough great things about our stay at Racine Home and the manager there. Very large room and shower/bath for a Japanese hotel. Even provided scented bath salts for the Japanese deep bath in the bathroom. One of very few I was able to find in our 4 city trip to have a queen bed! Great, quiet area walking distance from restaurants, and about 15 minute walk to Kyoto Station for all trains and buses. The manager was outstanding, going above and beyond to provide recommendations, even made reservations for us as she speaks English very well. The onsite cafe/bar was great, order the Shabu-shabu!
