很喜歡這酒店的感覺，新淨，整潔，非常舒適，房間雖然不是很大，但勝在舒服乾淨。地點不是十分方便，但是我的士出入，所以可以接受。

祗園四條及清水五條站中間，從那兩個鐵路站出都需要行一段長路，但對整體服務都滿意。的確很八阪神社那邊也可以步行過去，樓下亦有便利店。

convenient, quite, relative large room in japan. the hotel try having good design for the room, however all the chairs have no back support which make my back sore.

地點很好門口就有公車站，走路去清水寺花見小路都很方便，房間很大由其是浴室大，這在日本是豪華等級，旁邊吃食也很多下次去還要住這裡

地方整潔，房間可容納三個行李打開擺放！最值得一讚，浴室地方充足！最初搭地鐵前往酒店，由地鐵站行走都要15分鐘，後來知道搭公車205，4號可往返京都駅，就非常方便了！

Our 2 year old got the same breakfast everyday (Rice and same miso soup). To change a kids menu one had to pay. Even our breakfast was just 2 kinds..alternating!! Was good but a different menus would be nice. We stayed for 6 nights with breakfast incl. For 2/3 nights stay is a good hotel..if longer then would recommend without breakfast.

京都河原町から徒歩圏内、バス停も目の前で立地がとても良かったです。鴨川側のお部屋だったので、窓からの景色もちょうどいい感じです。チェックイン、チェックアウト前後も荷物を預かってくれるのがとても助かります！身軽にお出掛けできました。館内はとても綺麗。廊下はかなり冷房が効いていましたが、お部屋の中は好きに温度調整できます。ベッド、アメニティも十分。パジャマが上下セパレートなのも嬉しかったです。充電ケーブルまで用意されてあります。何より、湯船と洗い場が別なのが良かった！歩き疲れた足をゆっくりほぐすことが出来ました。水圧もしっかりあり、明るく気持ちいいお風呂でした。また泊まりたいです。

The hotel is very new and comfortable. It has the best breakfast during our trip in Japan. The location is close to many attractions, and a convenient store crosses street; however, it was too hot to walk in August, so walking to attractions is almost impossible. We used Uber and taxi, each trip is about $3-$4, very convenient and affordable. The only issue we had is our booking change via Expedia. We booked three rooms and made requests to check out one day earlier in two months in advance. However, we only got refund for 2 out of 3 rooms, and hotel refused to refund us the 3rd room. There is a communication issue between the hotel and Expedia. We hope we will get out refund soon.
