Family Holiday

It is a typical Spanish Resort with 90% Spanish guests, who only speak Spanish. So, if you are from abroad will be hard to understand other guests but especially entertainment. We,ve paid Full Board, but have to pay every drink (even water and juices).

Nous avons voyagĆ© en couple et nous ne sommes pas difficiles dans la vie de tous les jours. Cependant, voici quelques points Ć  savoir : * Le mĆ©nage laisse Ć  dĆ©sirer : les draps ne sont pas changĆ©s, ils sont simplement remis sur le lit. * Les serviettes de bain : si elles ne sont pas posĆ©es au sol, elles ne sont pas changĆ©es. * La chambre mĆ©riterait dā€™ĆŖtre rafraĆ®chie : certains clients ne respectent malheureusement pas le mobilier, avec par exemple des moustiques Ć©crasĆ©s sur les mursā€¦ * Concernant la demi-pension : les repas ne sont pas trĆØs variĆ©s, mais cela fait le travail si vous nā€™ĆŖtes pas difficiles. Attention, chaque boisson est payante, y compris lā€™eau, Ć  2,50 ā‚¬ la bouteille. * Concernant les cafards : grĆ¢ce Ć  Dieu, je nā€™en ai aperƧu que le dernier jour. Cela reste nĆ©anmoins un point Ć  surveiller. En ce qui concerne le personnel de lā€™hĆ“tel, il est plutĆ“t agrĆ©able et rĆ©ceptif Ć  chaque demande. Pour une fin de saison, ils sont encore bien prĆ©sents et disponibles. Merci Ć  eux ! Le cadre de lā€™hĆ“tel reste magnifique, avec un accĆØs direct Ć  la plage. Je ne sĆ©journerais probablement pas dans cet hĆ“tel en haute saison, mais pour un sĆ©jour au mois de septembre, cela reste correct, mĆŖme si je trouve que les prix sont un peu Ć©levĆ©s. Dans lā€™ensemble, nous avons passĆ© un bon sĆ©jour, mais quelques amĆ©liorations concernant lā€™entretien et les chambres seraient apprĆ©ciables.

Kompetent hotell nƤra charmig fiskeby

Stannade fyra nƤtter med halvpension. Hotellet har en egen, vacker liten strand, samt ett hyfsat poolomrĆ„de med gott om barnpooler, samt en lekplats. Gott om solstolar. Bra underhĆ„llning dagtid, samt Ƥven ett trevligt fƶrmiddagsmĆ„l (kunde vara grillmacka, blandade tropiska frukter, grillad smĆ„fisk, pina coladas). Ɩvriga gƤster nƤstan uteslutande spanjorer, vilket gav en mysig stƤmning. En, tvĆ„ kilometer dƤrifrĆ„n ligger en mysig liten stad, med bra tapasrestauranger. Finns en spƤnnande stig dit lƤngs med havet. Ta rum med havsutsikt! Annars fĆ„r ni sitta och kolla rakt in i ett annat hotell (under byggnation juli 2016). Rekommenderas!!

Fin de semana agradable pero mejorable

Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas lo veo justo, le falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones. La playa, debe ser la zona, llena de algas y el spa justo si se llena el hotel. Lo mejor los monitores de animaciĆ³n, te hacen la estancia agradable y el trato del personal muy buena. En tema comida poca variedad pero bien.

God standard pƄ hotellet og rommet. Veldig bra mat-tilbud med buffet til lunsj og middag og godt frokost-tilbud. Fint basssengomrƄde og kun 50 meter til stranden med hotellets strandsenger. Kun 10 - 15 minutter Ƅ gƄ til bysentrum med restauranter, butikker og drikkesteder.

La limpieza de la habitacion era escasa por no decir inexistente,las chicas de la recepcion muy secas y poco amables,coincidimos con una boda y a todo el mundo nos hecharon de la playa y de la piscina, que por cierto estaba muy sucia, y esta mal indicado para llegar al hotel. NO recomendable

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Un estercolero del que nos escapamos antes de finalizar la estancia.Comida mala, colchones en mal estado. Piscina sucia, playa un vertedero, etc... Lo Ćŗnico bueno el equipo de masajistas.

KATASTROPHE!!!

Von auƟen und nach betreten der Lobby waren wir zunƤchst recht angetan und auch der erste Blick auf die Poolanlage kam den Bildern sehr nahe. NACH dem Checkin und der Zimmerbesichtigung haben wir umgehend ausgecheckt! Nicht nur der heruntergekommene Zustand der Zimmer sondern auch der Dreck hat uns abgeschreckt auch nur eine Nacht dort zu bleiben. Auf den Bettlaken waren Urinflecken, die Kissen mit Haaren vorheriger HotelgƤste, die KlobĆ¼rste wurde seit bau des Hotels vermutlich noch nie gewechselt, die Dusche...ob man danach sauberer ist als davor...??? Die Deckenplatten waren lose und hingen so in der Luft rum, die Tapete lƶst sich, die Riemen und Scharniere an SchrƤnken, StĆ¼hlen und dem Schreibtisch lƶsen sich, unterm Bett eine dicke Staubdecke, verschmutzte "frische" HandtĆ¼cher, vor dem Zimmer ein Sofa mit Urinflecken ... wir sind sehr Kinderliebe wenn nicht sogar Kinderbegeisterte Menschen, aber wir hatten vor uns im Urlaub zu entspannen. Wir waren allerdings die einzigen HotelgƤste ohne Kinder. Demnach auch der GerƤuschpegel, den wir bei der Poollandschaftsbesichtugung (vermutlich das "schƶnste" am Hotel) erlebten. Den MINI Privatstrand sauber zu halten sollte der GrĆ¶ĆŸe nach eine leichtigkeit sein... sollte man meinen... nicht mal der war sauber. Wie sich dieses Hotel die vier Sterne verdient hat ist fĆ¼r uns absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Und wir kƶnnen das durchaus sehr gut beurteilen, da wir im Jahr mindestens 2-3 Mal in 4-5Sterne Hotels nƤchtigen...nie wieder!!!pfuii
