On the upper floor, 2 large rooms each feature a panoramic window and are furnished with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm. A children's room on this floor is equipped with 1 bed measuring 90 cm, and an additional double bedroom with a panoramic window contains 2 beds. This floor is served by both a bath and WC as well as a separate shower and WC, with a hydromassage bath also available. The top floor, characterized by sloping ceilings, houses a further children's room fitted with 3 beds measuring 90 cm each, and benefits from direct access to a private terrace, completing the generous and versatile layout of this property.
