Holiday apartment in l'Escala next to the sea, located just 100 meters from Riells beach. This holiday rental apartment in l'Escala is ideal for those who want to enjoy the comfort of having everything close to home.

The apartment is located on Avinguda Montgó, a few meters from the promenade, in the Riells beach area, where you can enjoy restaurants, shops and long walks by the sea, you can walk everywhere and forget about the car.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a residence with an elevator. Upon entering you will find the fully equipped independent kitchen and the living room with access to the terrace. The terrace is spacious and is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs. It has two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds. Between both rooms is the full bathroom.
