House of + -80 m 2. It is located between Riells and Montgó, L'Escala about 850 m from the beach and the shops of Riells; to more or less 1400m from the beach and shops of Montgó and 5 minutes by car from the center village.

House with private pool and barbecue for 6 people.

Wifi included in the price.

The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.

The caution: 300 €, will be given at the reception of the keys of the house. (Check or card)

The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 75 €. (cash)

Séjour très agréable, location très bien.

Maison, patio et piscine très agréables. La terrasse ombragée est très agréable également si l'on fait abstraction des innombrables déjections de "gros" pigeons ramiers qui ont manifestement pris l'habitude de dormir (nuit + sieste !!) dans les pins ....au dessus de la terrasse ! Mais le patio (couvert) permet de prendre ses repas matin, midi et soir....à l'ombre et de profiter du barbecue ! Accueil de l'agence immobilière parfait et ils restent très réactifs durant le séjour (machine à laver HS et remplacée 2 jours plus tard avec un jour férié !) Quartier très calme (majorité des maisons non occupée) et proche du centre de Riels et de la plage. Bref, séjour très agréable !!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Es handelt sich um ein relativ gut gepflegtes Anwesen in einer angenehmen Nachbarschaft. Der einzigste Kritikpunkt sind die Pinienbäume auf dem Grundstück, die ab 14Uhr keinen Sonnenschein mehr auf dem Pool oder die Terasse lassen. Die Betten sind extrem gemütlich und vor allem sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank und bis bald

Das Haus ist ideal für eine Familie mit 5-6 Personen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen war eine sehr laute und bis in die Nacht feiernde Großfamilie im Nebenhaus, die sich dort für 4 Tage eingemietet hatte.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Schade war nur, dass 1/4 Rolle Toilettenpapier, keine Seife, Salz, Pfeffer vorhanden waren. Man muss wirklich alles kaufen. Es war auch nicht einfach die passenden Kaffeekapseln zu bekommen.

Geweldige tijd gehad. Ook het agentschap ter plekke was zeer behulpzaam met alles.

Fijne complete woning. Alleen wat koud gehad in de avond, want er is geen verwarming. Voor de rest helemaal prima.
