Mercedes: Beautiful detached house with a large garden

House for up to 8 guests in L’Escala, with a large garden and spacious terraces. Outside, there is a portable barbecue, two outdoor dining tables, space to play football, a table tennis table and a small volleyball net.

The house is arranged over two floors and has a living room with sofas and a television, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

There are five bedrooms: one with a double bed, two with one 90 cm-wide single bed each, and two with two single beds each. There are three bathrooms: one with a shower and two with bathtubs. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The house has a private garage for two cars.

It is a 5-minute walk from Riells Beach, close to restaurants, bars, a supermarket and souvenir shops. L’Escala’s old town is around a 30-minute walk away. You can also walk to Montgrí Natural Park and enjoy its woodlands



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
