un bel appartement bien aménagé et spacieux . une piscine appréciée par les petits et les grands avec un joli point de vue du l île rousse. proche du centre commercial pratique pour les courses. vendeur locaux proche également après il faut aimé marcher pour aller à la plage et là ville . un peu contraignant sous la chaleur mais ça se fait . résidence agréable et propriétaire arrangeant ait. apparte

Très bonne situation

Appartement tres bien situé dans les hauteurs de l'île rousse, residence calme sans reel vis à vis. Belle terrasse assez spacieuse. Les pièces sont grandes, tout confort, bien équipées, la literie est bonne, l'appartement est propre. La procédure d'accueil et de départ par la conciergerie est top, marie rose est accueillante et disponible. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et réactifs aux échanges. Nous avons apprécié les 2 gros ventilos dans chaque chambre qui malgré tout en plein été ne sont pas suffisant, une clim serait sans doute un plus. Route en contrebas assez passagère. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez M et Mme Peniello.

Super séjour à l’île rousse

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils et avenants, soucieux du bien être de leurs hôtes! La conciergerie est disponible facilement rendant l’accueil et l’état des lieux de sortie plus faciles. L’appartement est très confortable et très bien équipé (tout y est!), le ménage y était fait avec soin. Il est situé à proximité immédiate du Leclerc (accessible à pieds en quelques minutes à peine) et un peu plus loin, la plage et le port. (Environ 2km: facile à l’aller, un peu plus dur au retour: ça monte! 😉) Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances avec nos 3 enfants, et pensons déjà à la prochaine fois!!!

Séjour à l'Ile Rousse du 03 au 17/08/2019

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à l'Ile Rousse.L'appartement de Mr et Mme Penniello est fonctionnel, très bien équipé et la terrasse vue sur mer , magnifique! Une très belle piscine, également vue sur Mer. Les propriétaires sont disponibles pour tous renseignements. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Nathalie du service conciergerie de la résidence. Le seul petit bémol, est le bruit de la route à proximité , très passagère même de nuit. Nous recommandons cet appartement

Magnifique séjour dans cet appartement conforme à la description. Le petit plus reste la belle vue sur la mer! Commerces à proximité donc très pratique de séjourner ici. Rien à redire!

Super séjour à l'île-Rousse

Nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifique à l'île-Rousse du 28 juillet au 11 août et nous recommandons vivement cet appartement! avant le départ Monsieur et Madame Penniello ont été très disponible et serviable quant aux diverses questions que nous pouvions avoir et sur place nous avons été très bien accueilli par leur service de conciergerie et Sylvie qui nous a donnés pleins de "plan" a faire durant notre séjour. Seul petit bémol, en cette année caniculaire, il faisait très chaud durant la nuit et il n'y a pas de climatisation ni de ventilateur, du coup nous avons du ouvrir les fenêtres en grand et le bruit de la route juste à côté est vraiment intense même la nuit car les fêtards de la discothèque 600m plus bas s'en donne à "cœur joie " en y sortant. Mais comme indiqué plus haut... Allez-y!!!
