「I was overcharged and trying to solving the issue with the booking agent but 1 month past, nothing happened. Always receive the same excuse, the service for the booking agent and also the hotel is very poor.」

「Two things I want the hotel to improve 1. When I contacted the hotel for a pickup shuttle bus, the staff did not say I needed to book through an app or pay. When I arrived at the pick-up spot, the driver told me that my name was not on the reservation. But he was very kind to let me take the shuttle and pay at the hotel. Clear instructions must be provided to the customer, especially since the contact was via message! 2. I received a phone call from the front desk at 11:30 pm when I was...

「The room is very large and location is good, close to airport only takes 10 mins ride. The only downside is bathroom/ shower tile has a lot of mold. Suggest to use bleach for the tiles.」

「The room was small but good enough for solo traveller. Convenient location for people who have morning flights from CDG.」

「The hotel is very clean, with a comfortable bed. Awesome breakfast.」
