「What was posted wasn't what was available. What I asked for was two beds. What I got was one. Worse, the hotel showed me that what I’d asked for could never have been provided because that room category only had one bed, so the posting was incorrect. The workers at the front gate and desk resolved it with minimal hassle and a little more money—something I would have arranged from the beginning if I’d known beforehand.」

「Très bien」

「The room is spacious. The team is friendly. Good location to go around.」

「this hotel is under construction」

「The room is big, but lack of furniture. We have 2 persons staying in the room. But there is only 1 chair, no sofa. I got an additional chair (probably from restaurant) after my request. There is no desk, but only a self attached to the wall to hold the stuff. No heading board for the beds. The bed side tables were simply metal coffee table. In the toilet, again no table top, very limited space to put my toiletries. No towel rack, but only 2 hooks. No place to put the towels. And no hand...

「My room was next to the street on first floor and I can hear the car noise all night. Had to use ear plugs to sleep. And only realized on day 2 that there is no daily cleaning service as this is an apartment hotel. The overall experience was not up to expectations given the high rating. 」

「Nice hotel for flight transition. Not convenient if you will go city center frequently.」

「We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. 」
